We rented this lodge before with a different agency, and we are so happy that Stony Brook Cabins took it over! They checked in with us, were very communicative and kind, and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our stay! We highly recommend it!

Our recent stay at the Grand Orchard lodge Cabin in Tennessee was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were in awe of the cabin’s grandeur, nestled amidst the serene beauty of Tennessee’s landscape. With 20 well-appointed bedrooms, the cabin comfortably accommodated our large family, offering each of us a cozy retreat. Each room was a blend of rustic charm and modern comfort, equipped with all the necessities, ensuring a home-away-from-home experience. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities provided a luxurious touch that was much appreciated. The living spaces were perfect for family gatherings, with a warm, inviting ambiance. We spent our evenings by the fireplace, sharing stories and making memories. The kitchen was a dream for the cooks in our family, spacious and outfitted with top-of-the-line appliances and utensils, making meal prep a delightful experience. Outside, the cabin’s surroundings were breathtaking. The children had ample space to play and explore, and the adults enjoyed the tranquility of the natural setting. The proximity to local attractions was convenient, yet the cabin offered enough entertainment that we often found ourselves opting to stay in and enjoy its comforts. The staff at Grand Orchard Cabin were exceptional. They were attentive, ensuring our stay was comfortable and memorable. Every request was met with a smile and an eagerness to assist. In summary, our stay at Grand Orchard Cabin was a perfect family vacation. It provided a wonderful balance of luxury, comfort, and nature, making it an ideal retreat for large families or groups. We left with our hearts full of joy and look forward to returning to this little slice of paradise in Tennessee.

This property was gorgeous! It had plenty of space for 90 of us! We enjoyed our spring break trip here with our college & young adult ministry for a week and everyone loved it! It was only a half a mile away from downtown Gatlinburg which was really nice to be able to walk right there. Very great overall stay!

My family and I stayed here for the Christmas holiday and it was awesome. This lodge has 4 floors so there was plenty of room to spread out. It has 20 bedrooms (each with an en-suite) and a couple half bathrooms near the main living area and bottom floor near the pool table. The kiddos loved the 2 bunk bed rooms and had their own little sleepovers which gave the adults their own space. The kitchen area is huge with plenty of dining space. There is 2 of everything (refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, microwaves, etc). There was also ample parking approx. 14 - 16 parking spots reserved for Grand Orchard so parking was never an issue (even when we came in late from dinner). The drive to the lodge was pretty easy and not as far up the mountain as I expected (which was a plus)! My family and I will definitely book here again.

Every year I do a planning and team building session with my group and as we’ve grown it’s been more difficult to find space to accommodate us. This was the perfect place! There was room for breakout sessions when working and plenty of gathering space for social time as well. There was a great mix of bedroom accommodations (single vs bunk) and it was within walking distance to all of the sites in Gatlinburg. The house was clean and met our every need.

We had a family reunion here and had around 50 people. The house exceeded our expectations. We had a small issue with the movie room but it was handled promptly so it didn’t interfere with our stay. The kitchen is amazing and the listing doesn’t show the 4 warming drawers that made mealtime easier.

The house was simply amazing! It was very well laid out in terms of rooms, bathrooms, family rooms, balconies, etc. Exceptionally equipped with kitchenware and very very clean. Had only 2 minor issues - both resolved within the day. Excellent customer service. Ideal location - walking distance to town and grocery store, hikes not too far away.

We loved our stay at the Lodge. We had just over 50 people. We had more than enough room. Every one had their own beds and we hardly used the futons. The kitchen and living area was spacious and ideal for feeding a crew and visiting all together. Everything functioned well, was clean, and there was plenty of bedding and towels. We saw a black bear in the backyard and the trees around the backyard kept us feeling pretty private. Great stay, right in Gatlinburg!

This is a beautiful property. The rooms are all very spacious, and the kitchen is mostly well stocked. There were some items that there needs to be more of. There was only one kitchen towel and one pot holder. Seems odd in a house that accommodates so many people. Also, there were not enough garbage bags again based on a house that accommodates so many people. The towels for showering are very poor quality. I recommend bringing your own. The beds were very comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows. Would definitely recommend this location even with the few flaws.

We love everything about the house we had 55 people and everyone was Comfortable. We did have one Problem the second day one of the freezer stop working but soon as I reported it they were there less then a hour to fix it.we will stay again

This Cabin was awesome!!! Hosted for a birthday getaway and it was great!! Had a quick issue with WiFi but service came out and took care of it within a few hours. Definitley looking to book in the future.

New, clean, and roomy. Plenty of beds. The only compliant would be that massive door to the movie theatre. It would be better if it were a barn door style. We used the theatre space a lot and it was just in the way. Otherwise, it was a great spot. Thanks again!

The cabin was BEAUTIFUL. We rented the cabin for a weekend wedding/reception. It was the perfect location (but the walk up hill back to cabin from the strip was a bit hard). There were a couple bears that liked to chill out by the hot tubs when no one was around. My group loved seeing the bears (from a distance).
The size of the cabin was AMAZING for our event. This cabin helped to make our wedding weekend the best experience ever!

This lodge is phenomenal! It is a great option for a large crowd. The location is very convenient. The beds are very comfortable. There is no gas grill or basic condiments, so bring coals for the BBQ and salt/pepper..etc.

The large cabin was everything. We really enjoyed our stay at the Grand Orchard lodge. From the huge bedrooms with its own bathroom to the hot tub and the grills. Everything was perfect. We will definitely stay here again

This Lodge is simply amazing. Every bedroom has a private bathroom. Every bedroom is awesome. The coolest mountain Lodge within walking distance to Gatlinburg shops (sidewalks). We had a full Lodge and everyone had there own space to get away for a nap. No looking for family...they were in the huge kitchen. Great wedding location. Parking is the only problem (11 spaces allowed for a 20 BR Lodge). Impossible!

The house was big enough for the entire family. We had over 70 people and it didn’t feel crowded.The kids was very entertained.The beds was very comfortable. We had all the utensils we need. The only problem we had was the A/C in the two bedroom on the second floor never got cool and one of the jacuzzi didn’t get hot. One of the highlights of the trip we got a chance to a bear and her three cubs.Hope to return some day.

The home was great, we had a few issues regarding the refrigerator, the theater room, and wifi but the Vacasa team did what was needed to make up for the issues! Our family is planning on visiting TN again and staying in one of the cabins!

Also: The home that is pictured is not the "Grand Orchard Lodge", but everything was correct regarding the rooms, amenities, etc. It is just not the home pictured.
