About Chef Ray Bordelon
Chef Ray Bordelon has always enjoyed cooking meals for couples, families and large groups. After attending college and learning special cooking techniques, he began cooking around the Gatlinburg area. Having exceeded his own expectations, he was able to become a full time personal chef with Fruitful Vintage. Chef Ray has been recognized for his flavorful dishes, including gourmet meals and comfort foods. He specializes in Cajun cooking, but can create wonderful dishes without being too spicy.
