maps didnt take us all the way to the cabin but we did find it . it was perfect and with all there is to do in gatlinburg being at the cabin was our favorite thing! responsive host. they refilled the propane for us. we definitely will be back!

The cabin is beautifully decorated and cozy. The staff is wonderful and so helpful with everything. The hot tub and jacuzzi tub are wonderful. The only thing that needs updating is the mattress.

Everything was exactly as stated in the description of this cabin. I was kept in the loop via text from when the cleaning crew had finished and could have checked in several hours early, had I been in the area. I was contacted several times to make sure all was ok and reminded of check out process the evening before my morning departure.

We loved our stay. Had everything we needed and more. The bed was comfy and loved keyless entry. Only problem is finding the place. Need a sign if you take Cole lane. We took mountain dr and found it okay. Better signs would help.

Best place ever to celebrate our 10th Anniversary! We loved everything about the cabin. Comfortable bed, great hot tub, great whirlpool tub! We hope to stay here again for more anniversaries including our 20th! Great people to deal with!

Cabin was clean and comfortable when we arrived. A tree did come down and blocked one end of the access road towards the end of our trip, but we were able to get out going the other way down the mountain.

Our cabin was perfect! It was just the right size and beautifully decorated for Christmas. Alexa was playing Christmas Music when we entered. All of the amenitites were working perfectly. The steep gravel drive was scary at first, but luckily our SUV has a Sport Mode that made it much easier.

Cabin was very secluded, excellent location to unplug and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Nicely decorated, very well stocked kitchen. Hot tub was a great way to unwind at the end of the day. Staff was very helpful with general questions and very nice to talk to.

The first time we stayed w Stony Brook was several years ago for our honeymoon. 6 years later, we came back and it was even better! They left us a card wishing us a happy anniversary and appeared to be signed by the entire staff. Very clean, easy check in and out, quick to respond. Absolutely will continue to go back!!!

We had a lovely visit. The cabin was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen (and house) were well furnished with everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed my husband’s two best friends, “peace and quiet”. It was as advertised, private and secluded. The sunsets were amazing. Stony Brook employees were available and helpful. This was a great vacation.

My husband and I loved our time here! We finally were able to go on our honeymoon from last year! The cabin was clean and comfy. We had a relaxing time and it was very peaceful. One thing is maybe bring a vehicle with all wheel drive. My Honda Civic was not happy about the gravel driveway LOL. We hope to come back soon one day! Thank you so much to the staff for making this a perfect getaway!

This cabin was perfect for the 2 of us. The view was great & even though there were other cabins close by, you would not know. Very secluded. The owners thought of everything! Much closer to town than our last time here.

Very cute secluded and well maintained cabin. This is probably the best cabin we’ve stayed in so far (Out of 7-8 in the Smokies). Management company clearly cares about their properties and the guests experience.

The cabin was magnificent from the moment we opened the front door. The holiday decorations were terrific, the interior was tastefully appointed, and the hot tub stayed a toasty 100 degrees all week! It provided my wife and I with a week of gentle relaxation, which we both needed after this year. Thank you, we enjoyed the entire week, snow in the mountains, hot tub on the back porch, and a cozy fireplace in the living room.

My husband and I loved Secluded Sunset. It was very clean and had everything we could need. The only things I would add is a keurig and rocking chairs on the porch. The Stony Brook staff was also great. We will definitely be using Stony Brook for our future visits.

You went above and beyond friendly and courteous. We enjoyed the Secluded Cabin very much. Peaceful and quiet, loved the Alexa music! The hot tub was perfect and we used it every morning and evening. The weather and leaves turning was so exciting and the sweet and thoughtful anniversary card and gift of bears was so very thoughtful and personal. Thank you for a wonderful retreat.

Wonderful visit. This was our first time renting a home instead of staying in a Hotel. The customer service group was excellent. Made us feel part of the family so to speak. We had rented a cabin before from another company in the Smokies last year, and were not happy. We decided to try Stony Brook this time and if we could give them 10 stars on this review we would. Cabin was decorated beautifully and exceptionally clean. Denise was extremely helpful on the day of check in and cabin was set up with DVD’s, CD music, radio, books and every kitchen appliance we would need. We packed more than we needed, based on our last experience, and it was provided. Basically all you need is food and clothing. Definitely will be back again. Already telling our friends to have them join us in a bigger cabin soon.
