Chef Ray will come to your cabin and prepare a delightful dinner for 2 or 50. You pick the menu, he does all the work – even the clean up. Chef Ray is a graduate of the Culinary Business Academy and a Premier member of the US Personal Chef Association. He has served as a working chef twice in Four Diamond-rated restaurants. A native of New Orleans he specializes in Cajun entrees and has taught Cajun cooking classes at the Walters State Community College. His passion is to serve and delight others with food.
