Cabin was clean and well maintained. Perfect location with being close to Gatlinburg but far enough out to feel secluded. Customer service was outstanding. We plan to book with Stony Brook again if we choose to hike this area in the future.

The cabin was wonderful! Very clean, well kept, and the scenery was outstanding. The cabin was in a private area, the rates were very affordable and I can't say enough good things about our stay.

It was clean, cozy and perfect for a weekend in Gatlinburg! I love how easy it was to get to the cabin as well! My only dislike was the lack of towels for showering and hot tub.

The staff was helpful and courteous on the phone; the cabin was clean and private.

Loved the area of the cabin, close to everything but secluded in the woods. Cabin was wonderful, clean and up to date. The hot tub worked great. The only things missing...no microwave and no place to hang clothes/no closet. But we improvised with a tension rod. I would definitely use stony brook cabins again.

We saw a bear the first night there. We were driving up the road to get to our cabin. It was almost dark and he was running up the middle of the road. Very quiet and peaceful.

We loved our stay with Stony Brook Cabins! We were looking for a pet friendly place to stay near Gatlinburg. It was perfect! The cabin was situated in a secluded setting within the trees. It was so relaxing walking along the 1 mile lane with our dog. We would recommend a stay here to anyone and we are looking forward to go back.

Everything was fantastic and just as we remembered the first time we stayed two years ago. We had one minor issue with the toilet dripping water when flushing, but nothing a towel on the floor couldn't fix. The hot tub was such a treat after long hikes and the bed is so comfortable. We love this cabin.

My husband and I were celebrating our 9th wedding anniversary, and upon walking into our cabin we were greeted by a sweet card and small gift. We were very touched that we received such a warm welcome. The staff was friendly and attentive, anticipating any needs or questions. We also really loved the cozy feel of the cabin we stayed in, as well as the view and the privacy. We could not have had a better time, and will definitely be back!

Everything was great and we loved our anniversary card and bears! The only complaint we had was that the hot water doesn't last long enough to fill up the Jacuzzi tub next to the fireplace.

We enjoyed our stay at Solitude Studio. The cabin was clean and cozy. The only thing I would recommend is some type of blinds for the very top window above the deck door. At one point during the day the sun is blinding coming thru. We hope to stay in this cabin in the future.

Cabin was fantastic. Everything was spotless and well kept. We did run into a problem with our door lock running out of battery at 11pm. This was very frustrating, but maintenance was able to come by about an hour and a half later to change the battery. We plan that come back again soon!

We loved the cabin. Everything was perfect from the initial contact with the staff through our checkout. We really appreciated being offered the Oporto stay an extra night at the discounted rate. The only thing that would have made our stay in Solitude more comfortable, was to have hooks in the bathroom for towels or robes. Other than that everything was spot on! Thank you! Everyone on your staff were excellent and so friendly. They were very helpful with places to go and things to do. The cabin was great. The only thing I would change is better lighting. But we made do. Thank you all for making our stay so comfortable!

We had such a wonderful time. It was our first family vacation with our daughter who is 10 weeks old today. It was just enough space the right amenities. The only thing I would change is the driveway. I got my jeep stuck in the mud after it had rained and I turning around to get out was a challenge but I understand mountain roads are hard to work with. Its part of the fun 💚 overall, we had a wonderful experience.

We love StonyBrook cabins! Every time we have gone to the Smokies, we have stayed in a different StonyBrook cabin, and they have all been awesome! This cabin, Solitude Studio, was no exception. It was a lovely cabin. It is small, so be aware that if you want to hang out inside, there is nothing but a bed and one hard chair to sit on. However, for us, thIs was fine, because we spent the majority of our time outside on the deck. The jacuzzi on the deck was nothing short of awesome on those cool May nights! Thanks StonyBrook, for another memorable vacay!!

The staff were attentive to our needs, but not intrusive. We enjoy the solitude and the sanctuary that the Smokies can provide and Stoney Brook enables that to happen.

We were more than happy with our stay, we are hoping to come again soon.

House keeping left a lot of Cobb webs all over when we first got there, also all the seals on the tub are pealing and the jets are extremely corroded

The cabin was perfect for out stay. We enjoyed it very much. The thing I would recommend Is and upgraded mattress and larger pillows. The cable service was very limited which was a disappointment when I couldn't sleep one night.

Everything from check in to check out was great. The cabin was very clean and comfortable and very secluded.

It was great! Everything was just like the pictures....except the lake that is by the gazebo. I thought it was going to be a pretty lake, but it was a stagnant little pond. But our cabin was wonderful, and the office staff were great at check in.

The Solitude cabin is poorly lighted - hard to see in shower - dishwasher was not fastened in - could use a little more room to turn vehicles around! Never give anyone a excellent rating - there is always room for improvement - overall we enjoyed it very much!

My husband and I rented our cabin for an extended weekend getaway. We wanted something quiet ,clean, and out of town; our cabin met all of expectations. It was an experience we will never forget!

Stony Brook cabins gave us a great experience. The atmosphere and connection with nature was nothing short of amazing.
