The cabin was Awesome, clean, and everything was great! We will stay again next time we come to Tennessee for vacation! You offered a tremendous amount of movie channels which we throughly enjoyed!

I wish everything was this easy and pleasant. Very courteous and responsive through phone and email. The ease of making reservations to the ease of texting me when the cabin was ready. The cabin was ready on time, CLEAN and stocked with the basic necessities including kitchen essentials. It was a great experience and I highly recommend Stony Brook Cabins.

Our cabin was perfect!! Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We stayed for our anniversary and the staff helped my husband with getting flowers delivered before our arrival. I will definitely be back.

We had a great stay. The drive up from the main road wasn't bad at all. Stony Brooks staff checked on us and we're very pleasant. This cabin is located east of Gatlinburg. It worked out well for us because the zip lining and white water rafting we experienced were also east of Gatlinburg.

The cabin was beautifully renovated and clean as a pin. Contact from the office during our stay was unobtrusive and reassuring. It was a wonderful visit and we couldn't be more pleased.

I liked that they gave Courtesy calls from beginning to end. The cabin was nice and clean. Besides the normal things you would need to bring, the cabin had the basic items you needed. Even had washer and dryer along with extra blankets and a fire escape ladder in one of the drawers. We loved how it was by the water. Very relaxing and not too close to the other nearby cabins.

Stony Brook Cabins is a great cabin option when we stay in the Smokies. The staff are outstandingly personable and accommodating and the cabins always tidy and in good order.

Peacefully away from Gatlinburg with close access to Gatlinburg and PigeonForge. Great way to relax, enjoy, then go for a moonshine tasting. Bring supplies like paper towels, coffee filters/coffee, and toilet paper like they tell you to!

Stony Brook is top of the line, from the reservation through the checkout! I would highly recommend using them to anyone.

This place was beautiful and private. Perfect for a couple getaway. The sound of the water from the pond below made it peaceful and relaxing on the front porch. I would highly recommend it. My only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer.

It was nice, quiet, secluded, but close enough to attractions. The only thing I did not like, was the bathroom on a different floor than the bedroom, but it was not a dealbreaker.

Stony Brook did an excellent job. All information was easily accessible and with today's technology, I really like how everything was at the palm of my hand. Very nice cabin, plan to upgrade next time.

Late check-in was easy, the cabin was clean and well-equipped. We enjoyed the secluded location. The owners of the store across highway were rude as we looked for your office in the dark Sunday night on arrival. GPS doesn't match us with your office address.

Reservation process was easy. Cabin was clean, but lots of dust and spider webs that indicated it needed a good "deep clean". Did not realize there were extra pillows in the dresser drawers until we were checking out and doing a "double check" to make sure we didn't forget anything. The linen closet (with the sheets and blanket) would have been the more obvious choice. The extras were nice - dish soap, cork screw, coffee, etc. Maybe consider sugar & creamer packs too!

Check in at the office was great. Cabin was clean and cool upon arrival. A+ experience all around except for the grill, which was rusty and unsafe to cook food on. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

Did not understand the cleaning fee of $95.00 should have been covered in daily rental. Did not see until after charged on card. Did not like carrying garbage off myself.

Awesome. Loved staying in the Bear Necessity. Perfect location and the feeling of being secluded, but not too far away from town. Only suggestion would be to somehow add a light at the stair landing. Almost fell twice because I couldn't see the stairs that were curved. Other than that everything was perfect.

Very clean, and beautiful environment. Nice to have some amentities available when we arrived. Should have left more towels for a week stay.

Met expectations! Only issue was that there was not a dumpster on the way out for our trash (as stated by the front desk). The hot tub was a nice touch.

The cabin we stayed in was exceptionally clean and very well provisioned. My wife and I also enjoyed the seclusion and the beautiful scenery around the cabin. We found the hot tub on the porch very relaxing. It was a real joy to relax in the hot tub and enjoy the beauty of the Smokies. We also found all of the people at Stony Brook very friendly and helpful; it was a real pleasure to speak to them. The only very small complaint I can think of is that it would be nice to have a trash drop-off on the grounds of the cabin sites; it was a bit of an inconvenience to ride into town to drop off the trash. To close, I want to stress that my wife and I had a wonderful time staying in the cabin in Gatlinburg and we look forward to another stay in the near future.
