The staff was very friendly and helpful from the very start. We loved this cabin and the location was perfect. It was out of the busy part of Gatlinburg but still a short drive to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

Everyone was amazing. The cabin was fabulous. The scenery was great.

We had a lovely holiday using Stony Brook cabins, the ladies in the office were very welcoming and helpful and it was an ideal base to explore both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

The cabin was wonderful. We did have a small water leak when it rained,but a maintenance tech was sent out to address the issue.

Everything was great. Cabin was well maintained. Perfect for families.

Cabin was clean and beautiful! We loved the fire pit by the gazebo. The booking and check in process was easy and we loved the employee we spoke with for check in! It was an amazing experience overall, we would definitely return!

Great customer service and you can tell they really care about your experience. This is our second visit to TN and staying with Stony Brook. I will say that the updates that they made to the cabin in between us booking the cabin and us visiting were somewhat disappointing. It definitely feels less “cabiny” than what we saw in the “before” pics, when we booked the trip and compared to cabin we stayed in last year. However, that is just a matter of taste - we weren’t a fan of the modern twist but it’s still very nice. Despite this, I would still highly recommend this company and this cabin! Great location, neighbors are close but out of sight, and cabin is spacious and clean. We also enjoyed the old games arcade and back porch area.

The cabin was great. We loved the location, as we want peace and solitude when at the cabin. Short ride into Gatlinburg and park was great. We would definitely stay here again. Cabin was clean and in very nice condition. The video machine was also a nice bonus for the kids. Thanks.

Was great. Left a day early only because of no electricity due to snow storm. Stony Brook was very helpful with the given situation. Will definitely be back

The staff was very friendly and helpful! They called to make sure we were okay and didn’t need anything twice during our stay! We didn’t need anything because the cabin provided the right about of necessities need to make our stay pleasant!

Cabin was as beautiful as the pictures in the website. Beds were comfortable. Everything was spotless. Could not have asked for more.

Our cabin was awesome. We had such a relaxing week our cabin had its own kitchen with all the cook wear so we cooked in a lot. We got to use fireplace which was nice. I cant recommend Stoney brook enough totally awesome exsperiance

The check in process was extremely easy, especially during these pandemic time. The cabin was beautiful inside and out, and really provided us with a great trip. We did lose power our first night there due to a heavy thunderstorm which forced us to go out to eat downtown. After getting back, the power wasn’t on yet but shortly after calling the after hour office they put us in touch with the electric company and our power was restored under an hour. All in all a great getaway, and would love to revisit!

Great response to the one minor detail we had. The inside of the cabin was very nice. The TV could be updated, with all the rain it would have been nice to have a smart tv to use Netflix.

The cabin was perfect. Very clean and well put together. It was the perfect weekend getaway. Definitely recommend to anyone going to Gatlinburg.

Our cabin (Green Briar) was beautiful! It was so private and clean! It was fully stocked with all the amenities anyone would need!

I was very impressed with the cabin, very clean and well kept. My only complaint was the pull out mattress was the very worst I have ever experienced, that was a bit of a bummer.

My second stay with Stony Brook. Par excellence! Cabins are very nice and the response time to any issues is impressive. The entire staff are always friendly and it's clear their mission is to serve the customer. They are clearly interested in making sure we all had a good time during our stay.

Ronda was super. Great help in getting cabin booked and very friendly and knowledgeable when we checked in. We loved the cabin. The swing on the deck was my favorite thing. Loved the quiet time there. I left the feedback sheet with a couple of things that needed to be looked at.

We enjoyed the cabin stay and the location. However there was apparently a mouse that chewed a hole through a bag of chips during the night. Also there is a squirrel that wakes you up in the morning and is chewing the wood off the logs on the left side of the cabin at the corner of the back porch. You should be able to see where the wood has been chewed and there is no longer stain at the corner. Just thought you might want to know to try to prevent more damage to the cabin.
