It was completely amazing, no complaints at all. Great experience!

From the time we opened the door to the cabin it was awesome. It was so clean. We enjoyed sitting on the deck drinking our evening coffee. We will for sure stay again.

Our cabin, Trails End, was a great location for us and very clean when we arrived. The Hot Tub was ready and waiting for us. How wonderful. Everything worked great. Beds were both comfortable with clean sheets.

Our second stay with this company and we plan to use their cabins again. Customer service is wonderful. We stayed in Trails End this time because we had more people and once again the cabin was clean, comfortable and relaxing. Amazing Mountain views!

The cabin and the view were just as described. Everything was clean. The cabin was spacious, and the hot tub was a nice treat. We had trouble getting the fireplace going, but with one phone call, they sent someone out to remedy it (pilot light). The staff was very helpful and friendly. We spent some time at Dollywood and Pigeon Forge, which was a nice scenic 30-minute ride. I would highly recommend Stony Brook.

Stony Brook was such a pleasure to work with. We had booked a studio cabin but when we arrived, the HVAC had issues and we were immediately placed in a more roomy 2 bedroom/2 bathroom cabin for the week. It was so nice and we had a great week!!

The cabin was very clean, cute & just the right size for myself & my two girls. The staff that I spoke with were very nice & informative. I also loved the complimentary attraction tickets.

The cabin was great. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and everything very clean. We didn’t care for the fact that there was no trash service and we had to bring trash down to the office or wait, the bedroom doors didn’t lock and the WiFi was out. I understand we’re in the mountains but we had friends staying at the cabin next door and had WiFi. Just small minor inconveniences.

Very convenient check in and check out. Stony Brook staff always available for any questions. Very clean and beautiful cabin.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay! It was so nice that after a full day of travel we had a beautiful, spotless cabin with the music on waiting for us. A special thanks to the office for calling in the next morning just to make sure that we made it and asked if we had any questions or needed anything. I cannot wait to stay with them again!

First time renting a cabin and it was everything we expected, snow on Christmas was the icing on the cake.

Cabins were awesome. We were in a 2 bedroom cabin and there was more room than we thought there would be. My Dad was in a single bedroom studio that was small and lacked any inside seating or place to put luggage. The grounds were clean, good roads into the property. The roads would be interesting if snow or ice was on the ground due to slope and width. Would go back without hesitation.

Great views off back deck. Very private. Clean. Very cozy! Quiet. Great location away from traffic.

Our cabin was spotless. The cabin was spacious and had plenty of natural light. The bed was comfortable, shower had great water pressure. We enjoyed the location of our cabin, we brought our dog and there was plenty of room to walk with him. I especially like how you checked in with us to make sure we were happy with our acommodations.

This was a first time visit and it was amazing. The customer service was great. We will definitely visit again.

Amazing place to stay! Everything was very clean, the view was fantastic, and the Stony Brook staff even went above and beyond to write us a sweet card commemorating the occasion for our stay! Wifi worked just fine, hot tub was hot, and the nights were quiet! Highly recommend, and will 100% try to stay here again in the future.

There was not a hair dryer but soon after I called one was delivered to the cabin. Thank you! We spent most all days sightseeing. Wish we had had the time to spend in the cabin. Maybe next time.

Our stay was amazing! Just what we needed for a quick getaway. Our cabin, Trails End, is nestled at the end of a long driveway with beautiful views off the back balcony. The cabin was clean and ready when we arrived. Loved the hot tub on the deck. We didn’t use the kitchen much during our stay just because we brought food and ate out mostly but the kitchen is nice and clean. We will definitely be back!

From the time of my arrival with a great clean and fully stocked cabin, till the day I left feeling like my money was well spent, can’t say enough how great it was.

Our second time using stony brook never used anyone else dont see the need too ever have too use someone else. The service is five stars from resrveration time until checkout time. We've used to beautiful cabins.

Everyone I spoke to, from making a reservation to checking out, was very nice and extremely helpful. We needed a pack and play and a booster seat for the baby, and they were promptly and cheerfully brought to us. The cabin itself (Trails End) was very nice and we were quite comfortable there. The only thing we wished for was more light - perhaps a lamp in the living room corner and more light somehow in the dining area- the main living area was fairly dark with the one overhead light and single lamp. But we had plenty of space and the kitchen was fairly well equipped. All in all, I would contact Stony Brook again the next time I am looking for a cabin in the Gatlinburg area. Thank you all for your help!

From the polite customer service representative to the ease of checkout the service was above and beyond.

Everything was great! Would recommend leaving a note to guests about the icemaker in the freezer. It was quite a loud surprise in the middle of the night when it began making ice. Also, would recommend leaving more towels for guests who are staying a week.

Everything in the cabin was clean and nice, the staff was friendly and pleasant. The location of the cabin was perfect. All my family is extremely satisfied and we all thank you for everything.

Everything was great, the upstairs toilet did not want to flush but i just used the one down stairs. The kitchen knives need to be checked some were broken in the block and should be replaced. But that would be the only improvement i would suggest, loved the place and would come back everything else perfect. Very clean and in great shape

The cabin was very comfortable and clean. I will definitely visit again. Directions to the cabin were easy to follow. I noticed that some of the information in the app didn't match the information in emails or printed instructions in the cabin. Example: Trail's End address in the app is 1663 E. Parkway not the 3509 Waldroup Road that I was emailed. Also, the checkout instructions in the cabin appear to be different that those on the app. I liked the app a lot and it was useful; I would only like to feel confident that all the information is correct and up to date next time. This was a wonderful visit and I look forward to my next trip to Gatlinberg.

We enjoyed our stay and are looking to stay with you again in the future. This was our first cabin stay and learned valuable experiences that we will have for the next stay. We liked our unit.

The cabin was well lit and ready for our late arrival. It was clean and had everything we needed to get started. The views are spectacular. I wouldn't have changed a thing.

Fire pit and lake are much further away than advertising indicates. We thought we would have ready water access and a fire pit, at most, shared with another cabin.

Overall it was great! The cabin was way up in the mountains and extremely quite. The hot tub allowed us to relax after our day of hiking. And it offered most of the things we needed during our stay. The Only thing I would change is that it didn't offer a washer and dryer. It would have been nice to clean our towels after swimming or after we got out of the hot tub.

Staff was excellent. Called me numerous times to make sure everything was ok and to check if we needed anything. Very pleasant.

Things were nice. A TV in the upstairs and or downstairs bedroom would be handy with multiples staying in one place.

There is nothing like staying at Stony Brook, the staff is OUTSTANDING! The Cabins are simply perfect, from the cleanliness of the cabins to the beautiful scenic view from the porch and the surrounding quiet, to the easy access to the areas attractions. It is simply perfect.

The cabin was extremely clean. Very nice and secluded but close to everything.

The cabin was perfect! We absolutely loved it!! It helped make our first trip to Tennessee a memorable one :) It was very clean and everything about it was awesome! The only thing that would have made it absolute perfection would have been a washer/dryer combo. We thought there was one,but there wasn't. But it's ok because it did not affect our opinion.

Great location loved the overall cabin. Overall the cabin needed repair. The shower heads were absolutely awful.! No water pressure unless you took a tub bath. Screen missing from back window. Bedroom door would not close properly. Mirror in bathroom missing edge. Top floor of cabin got poor air flow. Furniture had been torn before we arrived. Issues with Internet and could not check email for several days. Staff and website were great. If the cabin upkeep was better I would have definitely given 5 stars... Please fix the showers!!!!

Lonny was exceptional, he went above and beyond. The cabin was nice except for the fact that there were alot of ladybugs in the area.

Great cabin very clean and secluded. However, It would be nice to have more towels and washcloths.

Check in and check out was easy and directions to the cabin were easy to follow. The cabin was clean and turned out to be like the pictures on the web site. On the slightly negative side : Kitchen utensils lacked any kind of turner for the grill and colander/ strainer. (We left one of each after a trip to the local grocery.) Also the basic Direct TV programming seems to lack much in the way of national news. sports or music programming.

Everything was great! Loved the cabin, and we also went to a few of the restaurants you recommended and they were wonderful. It was nice to be able to bring the dog. The location was perfect away from the crazy Gatlinberg Tourist section. We loved hiking and being close to Cosby.

Stayed at Trails End cabin. Absolute perfect place to get away from the rest of the world. The view of the mountains from the back porch was awesome.
