Our stay with Stony Brook was better than we imagined it would be. The cabin was beautiful the hot tub was amazing and they even had a Happy Anniversary card waiting for us with a gift. Also the location is great. We definitely recommend this company and will be returning next time we make it to this area.

We visited to celebrate our 32nd Anniversary and our stay was wonderful! The cabin was great, very clean and smelled brand new. Customer service was top notch, they called everyday to make sure we didn't have any issues.

We absolutely loved our cabin! It was so cute, well maintained and super clean. It was recently refurbished, so it was beautifully decorated. We had all we needed for a wonderful stay. The hot tub on the porch was very nice. The location was perfect... far enough away from the busy crowds, but not too far from attractions. The hospitality app was especially helpful. We were sad to leave our cozy little cabin. Hope to visit again soon.

My family of four had a great stay in the Gatlinburg area at the Love Leigh cabin. It was great having a quiet place away from the hustle of downtown so that we could really enjoy the mountains.

We rented a one bedroom for our anniversary. It was very clean and a beautiful place. The first night there was an issue with the hot tub and StonyBrook was out the following day to fix it. They even checked in later in the week to see how everything was going. Great service and overall a great time. Bonus to have a Washer/Dryer in the unit, and the anniversary gift, was a nice touch too.

The hospitality was amazing! Wish we had outdoor trash bins, but super thankful they were willing to come pick up trash!

The dryer made so much noise u couldn’t hear the tv it must have a bearing or something

We stayed four nights and were happy with the accommodations. We appreciated the staff checking in with us over the phone the first couple of days making sure things were ok.

Everything was great! The light in the kitchen was out and it was reported. When we returned that evening, it was repaired but stopped working again the next morning. It may be a ballast instead of a bulb.

Hospitality was a priority and this place was on top of it. The staff was very helpful and checked in periodically to see if everything was going smoothly.

Very nice cabin. Kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils we needed. There was a jetted jacuzzi in the cabin and a hot tub on the covered deck and plenty of towels were supplied.

We had a great stay. We loved the cabin, it was the perfect size for us. We definitely utilized the kitchen, and felt very much at home during our stay.

The cabin was lovely & clean. Not far from downtown either! There was a minor issue & they came promptly to fix the issue. Very private& relaxing!! We will return.

Overall we really enjoyed ourselves. I really like the customer service which called in to check on us during our stay. We did experience a power outage and called the emergency number. They were quick to take our information and called us back promptly and told us that the issue was being addressed and power was restored as soon as possible. The cabin was very clean and everything we needed was there. One thing I would recommend is maybe having a flashlight in the cabin in case of a power outage. Overall great experience and we will definitely be back. The customer service rep. Elizabeth I thought went above and beyond during check in. She showed me a map of the area gave me directions and told me about discounts to local attractions. She also recommend a couple of restaurants which my girlfriend and I tried and really enjoyed.

Excellent cabin, very comfortable and easily accessed from Gatlinburg. Will defintely be back.

The friendliest staff I ever dealt with anywhere! Went out of their way to help with ANY questions or concerns especially when getting me new mattress for my severe bad back. That alone made my stay with you exceptionally pleasing!! Would have not survived without the new mattress. Thanks Rhonda and Elizabeth!!!

We had a terrific stay at our cabin! It was very clean and was exactly what was pictured on-line.

We loved our little cabin in the woods. Everything was clean and ready for us. I really liked the program that gave us the discounts too .

You made it right when we had issues with the pull out matress. I appreciate all you did . The matress was replaced within the hour. You can't ask for more than that.

My husband and I would not have found a cabin without the assistance of the staff. We were beside ourselves to see the anniversary gift that were left in our cabin by the staff, and we appreciate everything. We really enjoyed our very comfortable stay.

The stay was fabulous I understand cleaning up our mess and all bout I really think house keeping gets paid to do majority of the cleaning and I read that if we did not clean to certain standards than we would get charged

I had a wonderful time. Very clean,well maintained and just beautiful. We had an amazing time!! And you thought of everything, anything we possibly needed was furnished.. Great 100% wonderful!

First, i was impressed by the prompt reply to my questions. Secondly, i really enjoyed the optional Express Check in service. Finally, I'm looking forward to my return to Gatlinburg and using Stonybrook rentals......

We loved how the cabin was private and away from the hustle and bustle of town.
