Great! Loved the cabin and location was very close to everywhere we wanted to go.

The cabin was clean and all the dishes were ready to be used. It was comfortable and I really enjoyed the hot tub.

The sunset studio is a great, romantic, couple getaway! Ty!

I love every aspect of my vacation the cabin was awesome no complaints on my part. Looking forward to doing it again soon

This was a great trip , The Cabin was extremely Clean and just the perfect setup for u s . The staff are amazing and even left my wife a birthday card and gift . Above and beyond any of the other cabin rentals we have used before .

It was cute and very clean. When we walked in they had left us an anniversary card with two bears and they check in to see how our cabin was. We will definitely stay there again.

the stay was AMAZING. literally in the perfect area. felt like we were secluded enough to enjoy our stay, the view was so pretty and overall a 10/10. the only issue we had was with the wifi but that was fixed pretty quickly!

Fantastic!!!! Everything was so clean, kitchen was well stocked, pictures are absolutely accurate, and the hot tub was so relaxing! We appreciated the easy access for an after hours check in. We have rented cabins all over Kentucky and TN and this one was the easiest to get to and directions were spot on.

Excellent place. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. See you all next time

This is our second stay with Stony Brook… and this was better than our last, this cabin was recently renovated and we noticed others under renovation also… they are making some nice improvements that others will also enjoy. The staff at Stony Brook are great. They kept in touch with us all the way up to our arrival, just like our last visit. Our cabin was ready in advance and ready to enjoy…They checked on us several times, which we appreciated. Another great vacation…

We have some small recommendations. Remember we are getting old. The knew spirit are slanted a rail would be nice. A motion sensor light would be nice. We don't like living out of our suitcases. There were no drawers to put stuff. Could be added under the bed. Or atheist a stand to place suitcase. Shelves in bathroom would also help. Very little counter space. You could add a bar in broom area where we can hang things. A mirror would be nice. The one provided was a magnifier and hard to use. A mirror on wall would be best

The cabin was great, felt like home away from home. I was very satisfied and will definitely return. Great job to stony brook cabins, even made me feel welcome with a birthday card upon arrival 😊. Couldn’t have asked for a better first experience in the Smokey’s

Awesome group of people. They knew winter weather was moving in and called to check on us to make sure we were ok. The cabin is cute and cozy.

Overall was a great experience. There was always someone available to answer phone calls at office, even during the holidays. Cabin was beautiful, well maintained and cleaned. The ambiance was perfect. Recommend during the winter months to bring firewood and camping essentials due to power outages in the area. Because of the holidays, and weather response time to fix outages is slow. My wife and I still had a great time but did not anticipate the severity of having firewood to keep warm(temps dropped well below 40 inside cabin) and no water. Luckily we scrounged up some wood and were able to manage. All in all it was a great experience. Thanks

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the sunset studio cabin. It was far enough out from the Gatlinburg downtown area yet a quick 15 min drives to town.

The cabin was clean and beautiful we loved it and the staff left us gift since it was our honeymoon it was a memorable stay.

Everyone was great. Lesley helped me with our reservation. She is the best. Returning next year.

Super great experience. We love coming here every year for me and my wife anniversary. Super polite service over phone. They make it a easy check in and out. They’ve sold us. That’s why we will to continue to use them anytime we come in to town.

The stony brook team was amazing. After arriving to the cabin, my husband and I had an special gift and card for our 19th anniversary. Just remembering things like that means a lot and the whole staff signed. We had one issue. We didn't have an skillets or pots in the cabin. We called to let them know and they sincerely apologetic. They sent out the items the following day. This was beyond customer service and we really do appreciate it. Hopefully we can make this a yearly thing. 2 thumbs up.

The cabin was quiet and pleasant. There was plenty of privacy.

We were looking for a safe place to stay for our anniversary. Staying in a cabin was exactly what we were looking for. We had a great and relaxing time.

The staff was very friendly and Very polite people. they called and checked on me and my finance through out our whole stay. the staff even had me a Happy Birthday card waiting on the counter in the cabin when we first arrived. I loved the privacy of the cabin and I will definitely be booking another stay with them soon.

Customer service was wonderful! They were super nice and quick and responsive. The cabin was very nice and for the most part clean. A few things could’ve been cleaned a little more but everything was perfect.

Above and beyond services. Hot tub wasn’t working when we first got there and it was resolved within 24 hours. Very clean environment.

The lighting could be better and the pillows are not good but we would stay again. We loved the cabin and the area. And you were right the internet is schetchy at best. My wife is already planning another trip up there. WE enjoyed our stay!!

The cabin was very cozy ,clean, and modern. It was easy access and located close to Gatlinburg.

We really enjoyed staying at a stony brook cabin. This was our 1st visit to Gatlinburg and having a comfy clean cabin to call home was wonderful. We are coming back in 1 year for our wedding and also will be staying in a stony brook cabin next year with our family and we are so excited. The girls at the main office were so polite and they even allowed us to drive out to our cabin for our wedding week (next year) and check it out. This meant a lot to us because planning a wedding from Maryland can be a little tricky but being able to see everything ahead of time for next year is a huge help. We are very thankful for the experience we had staying with stony brook and can't wait to come back next year!

We LOVED our stay at Sunset Studio! The location and cabin were perfect! We will definitely be back soon. The only complaint we had is that the toilet doesn’t flush very well and a few times it didn’t work. Other than that, everything was perfect! I’ve already told a friend from work this needs to be her next destination.

We have used a few different agencies over the years but Stony Brook has been the best. Office staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Website is easy to navigate. The cabins are wonderful. We will be repeat customers.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful! The cabin was perfect for what we needed. It was clean and well kept. It had everything that we needed. The only recommendation I would have is to upgrade to a softer blanket and warmer comforter. Overall a good experience!

We stayed in Sunset Studio and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The cabin was clean with nice amenities. I would have given a five but the bathroom sink drained slow and two of the window blind weren't functional. Stony Brook Cabins was a great host. Reservations were easy, express check in flawless, and they were very attented to our needs. We even got to see a black bear. We'll definitely use SBC the next time we visited Gatlinburg.

Rhonda in the office was super nice and made sure we got all the right information! The cabin was very clean and beautiful, and the road leading up to it was well kept and delightful to go on. Everybody was so beautiful and exceeded our expectations.

Staff was very nice and informative on places to go and the cabin was amazing. The cabin was away from ppl enough you couldn't hear ppl just the water in the creek below and very clean. When we go back we will definitely use stony brook again.

The only downside i had with our vacation, is i guess they were rennovating or re-building the cabin next to us. And every morning we would be waken up by them beating on stuff.. other than that it was perfect.

Wonderful! My only complaint would be that we had a little trouble locking the door when we left - when we contacted the # we had it was of little help - eventually contact was made by email (apparently cell number wasn't correct - that was my fault) - but the problem wasn't resolved until the next day as we figured it out on our own. But other than that the place was wonderful.

Perfect place. Quiet. Close to all the attractions. Setup perfect for our anniversary getaway.
