Autumn Breeze

Very pleased with the size of the two bedrooms. The bedding was very comfortable. The downstairs bathroom was nicely remodeled and the upstairs (en suite) bathroom was convenient although it needs some upgrades to be in line with the rest of the house. The location was conveniently close to Gatlinburg and a fun drive through the mountains to Pigeon Forge. The house was at the end of the street so it was very quiet with no traffic. The theater room and pool table (in the basement) were a hit with our kids and we enjoyed watching a movie one night as a family. The kitchen had everything you may need to cook with and detergent was provided for easy clean up. We didn’t use the laundry but it is a nice sized room that would be good for extended stays. Lots of sheets provided and pillows for sofa bed(s) but extra blankets were not available so bring some if you plan to utilize the additional sleeping spaces. The Stony Broom office called us twice on our trip to make sure we were comfortable and answer any questions. They were always prompt with communications and responses via both email and phone. They genuinely wish for visitors to the area to enjoy themselves and take pride in the properties they manage.

Very clean and close to where we needed to be

The cabin was in a great, private location with easy access to downtown Gatlinburg. Beds were very comfortable. Kiddos loved the pool table and theater room. Truly appreciated staff calling to check in and see how things were going for us. Would book with Stony Brook again.

We loved everything about the cabin! The location was easily accessible, the beds were comfortable with plenty of extra blankets and pillows, kitchen was well stocked, the entire house was extremely clean! We would 100% recommend this cabin to anyone wanting to be in short driving distance of all the things Gatlinburg has to offer but still being away from the bustle of the town!

Cabin was in good shape. Plenty of room , nice kitchen, satellite/wi-fi, laundry room a plus.....

This was the 2nd time staying with Stoneybrook Cabins , and this visit was even better than our 1st stay . Cabin was great , clean and very comfortable . We didn't have a dvd player , but they brought us one the next morning . We love Stoneybrook Cabins , and will stay with them everytime we go to Gatlinburg !

This was an awesome, clean, neat place and my kids loved it there. It was also bigger than we thought for the price. Prices are very reasonable. We've been coming to Gatlinburg as a couple for over 25 years. We've stayed with several companies and the service we received from the team at Stony Brook was top notch. Everything from the condition of the house, to the online experience, to the follow up from the team was one of the best we've ever had.

The cabin was very clean. They called daily to check on us.

It was wonderful! The cabin was very clean and the beds were very comfortable! We would have liked more of a mountain view off the deck and we couldn't get the oven to work but over all it was a great experience! We will be in touch again next year around the same time! Very friendly staff, very clean cabin. Called almost every day to be sure we were satisfied. Highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful cabin. It was clean. We gave our kids the bedroom upstairs. The bathroom upstairs is really small and we found the bigger one on the main floor suited us best. Within 5 min of us getting into the house, a bear walks up to the door and balcony. One visited us every night while we slept. We didn’t leave anything outside. Downstairs is a theatre room just like the pictures with pool table. We watched a few movies from our Netflix account. It was wonderful. The virtual video does not show the theatre room but it’s included. The kids watched movies down there and we didn’t hear them from the main floor where we slept. The kitchen . was furnished with enough we cooked every night. We were given enough dishwasher detergent for 2 loads in the dishwasher and there’s a travel size. Dishwashing detergent. We had to buy more of those 2 things and laundry soap. We brought fewer clothes and washed them. I couldn’t figure out how to work the electric can opener but there’s the regular hand operated one in the drawer. The hot tub was wonderful. Recommend bring a few trash bags. We also had to purchase trash bags and a few small bowls to store leftovers in the refrigerator. The mattresses are super soft and comfy. They are clean and mattresses. are covered. Check in and out required no visit to the office. Key code to cabin was given when room was ready. They called me. To check out, we used Alexa. Instructions received in email. Wasn’t given a list of things to do to check out. Most other places I’ve stayed gave a long list of things we had to do before we left. Some of those things too 30 men to an hour and when check out is 0900 or 1000, this is huge for me esp with kids. I highly recommend Stony Brook. We will booking thru them again. We loved Autumn Breeze!! When you drive there it looks like you’re driving into the woods. We loved that it was the last property on the lane. (We even saw a bear when we drove down Johnson Lane). The house was roomy, clean and stocked. Although it shows a little wear inside and out, it was part of the charm for us. The nicest feature was that when we were in the house we felt a million miles away from everything. Yet if we needed anything, in less than 10 minutes we could go to : Dollar General or Dollar Tree, Three Jimmy’s for carry out bar food, Hungry Bear BBQ, etc... Dolly wood was less than 25 minutes away and the attractions in Pigeon Forge were just as close. We would go back to Autumn Breeze in a heartbeat if we come back to Tennessee. Than you Stoney Brook Cabins!!

Everything was nice, ;lovely cabin, but the road to get there was unrepaired and narrow and the stove was broken so we ate cold foods instead because we were unable to cook

We were pleased with every thing. We had a issue with smoke detector, which was handled in a very timely manner. Had a few minor setbacks listed below but nothing that would cause for us never coming back . Liked the location at the end of road and very private. Mike got his fishing in. And We had very pleasant time RELAXING. We wish you ALL safety during this craziness of Life. We will recommend Stony Brook to others.

Very Professional. The rental had everything you needed. There was a washer/dryer, pots, pans, measuring cups, they even had a hair dryer. It was like home away from home.

Did a great job. Very helpful finding our cabin and giving a layout of the land.

Did not need to use the hospitality app but it was very comforting knowing it would be simple enough to access someone if need be.

Very clean, friendly staff, kids loved it! This has to be the best place to stay in all of Gatlinburg. We stayed here on the weekend of our wedding and it was just perfect. We had our teenagers with us and they loved the pool table. We will be back for sure.

It’s was a great cabin with easy check in and check out procedures. The cabin was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The view was beautiful and it was everything we were told.

The Autum Breeze cabin was very beautiful and well equipped for our needs. The staff was extremely helpful and responsive to our needs as well!

The cabin is great, clean and all things needed to make us feel at home. I would suggest that you mention that there isn't grass for the pets and be prepared to walk or cut a small path way into the woods behind the cabin. I would also suggest setting up a light on that side for night time as well. Other than that we really enjoyed the cabin and for sure will return again.

Nice quiet location with everything we needed for our trip. Maintenance was helpful when we needed something addressed, but there are some details that should be looked at for a higher maintenance rating (missing/broken vertical blinds). This did not take away from our experience.

The cabin was very nice inside and clean. We enjoyed or stay. I wish it was located in an area with a better scenery, but overall the cabin itself was nice.

The reason I gave 4 stars is because the furniture is outdated and not very comfortable. Everything else was very nice.

From the first contact by phone the staff were fantastic.When We arrived some months later to pick the keys up, the service continued. From a warm welcome to all the information on the house and Gatlinburg. The house was 5stars along with the location, just make sure You get there in daylight to find the house. Russell

Cabin was very clean, but it needed some upkeep. Some of the plugs didn't work, tile was cracked by fireplace, main couch middle cushion was flat and uncomfortable, foosball table wasn't very nice, but it was clean and overall pretty nice.

We had a wonderful time in Gatlinburg! We stayed at Autumn Breeze and it is a beautiful cabin. The location was perfect...close enough to town but far enough to be away from the hustle and bustle. Even though the cabin was on a road with other homes and cabins, it was at the end of the dead-end street and surrounded by trees giving a sense of privacy and seclusion. The cabin was very clean and had many amenities. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, silverware and any accessories needed to prepare a meal. We had plenty of linens and more than enough towels. It was very simple to make reservations on the web site and the express check in was great! We received a call about 1 hour before we arrived in town letting us know the cabin was ready and the passcode for the door along with a phone number if there was anything we needed. We would definitely stay at Autumn Breeze again or reserve a different cabin with Stony Brook. Thank you so much for a great experience!

We stayed at Autumn Breeze - great cabin for 2 couples! Very secluded. Only thing - do not try & bring a trailer to this cabin - not enough room to turn around! Lonnie & Ronda were great!!!

Stony Brook was ok. Needed prior detail by email not in packet in cabin.

The cabin was comfortable and clean. It was very close to the sports complex where our son had his soccer tournament. The staff at check in was very nice and provided extra information about discount. Overall a very good experience.

You guys were great from booking, to picking up the information, and then checking out. I'd recommend you to anyone!

I was very impressed with Stony Brook for many reasons. The staff did an excellent job of giving me up-to-date information regarding my visit from description of the cabin to location and places nearby that were dog friendly. They recommended restaurants and even included a gift card for purchase of food that could be used at one of four restaurants. We took advantage of the gift card and were very pleased with the restaurant. The staff was very friendly and seemed to go out of the way to really want us to have a pleasant stay. They wanted to make sure everything was in working order at the cabin and said to be sure and let them know if there was a problem. One of the best aspects of Stony Brook was the fact the cabin was super clean when we arrived. There were plenty of clean linens and everything was neat and orderly, and everything was in working order. I would not hesitate to to deal with Stony Brook Cabins again. Having a nice cabin to come back to come back to after a long day of doing fun vacation things was icing on the cake!

My family had a great time. My two daughters and one of their friends loved the cabin and told me I picked a nice one and so did my husband. I would definitely stay again because the location to everything was great. I would also tell my friends and other family members about stony brook. I myself loved the cabin. Had an awesome time. The staff was very nice and welcoming.

I can't say enough about how well Pam and Ed Hill treat their guests. I would recommend staying with Stony Brook to anyone heading to the smokey mountains for their vacation .
