Great staff from beginning to end, and follow-ups. Cabin was clean, had everything we needed. Location is close to everything but still secluded for a great getaway. Highly recommended.

It was very clean and nice. Very cozy cabin. Really like the propane fire place.

Cabin was just as beautiful as the photos and had everything we needed. The view was outstanding and the fun pass had great activities that we took full advantage of. The staff interaction was so helpful and professional! We will definitely be staying here again!

We stayed in trailhead cabin. It was very cute very nice and clean a good view the driveway it was a little tricky. But our over all experience was wonderful.

Stony Brook is great to deal with. Very friendly folks and they cover everything you need to know before you get there and they check on you after you get there to make sure everything is okay for you and your party.

Everything was very clean and as it was in the pictures. I will definitely be returning soon! Thank you!

We stayed at Trailhead and we loved the cabin. I liked that only other stony broom cabin were near by. Nice walk way by gazebo. Hot tub was clean.

This cabin was so clean. The staff was very helpful with all our questions. The Anniversary card and gift was such a wonderful surprise. We can’t wait to come back!!!

Communication from booking thru stay was top notch. We were welcomed to our cabin with an anniversary card and gift, so thoughtful. Cabin was spotless clean. Our favorite was going down to the community area that has an outdoor gas fireplace by the pond and gazebo each night to enjoy a glass of wine. Thank you for making our stay so perfect

We felt very welcomed upon arrival, especially with the decorated Christmas tree in the cabin and an anniversary card on the table signed by so many! The cabin was beautiful and clean. We enjoyed everything about Stony Brook, a quiet and secluded get-away.

This was a nice cabin in a convenient area to Gatlinburg and the park. There were a few small maintenance issues but the management contacted us during our stay to see if we had any problems. Really appreciated that. This unit was called the Trailhead unit. We looked at the other units in the complex and decided that this was one of the better units for "a nice view" and for ease of getting to the cabin. Some of the other unit driveways looked to be difficult to drive on without getting a regular vehicle stuck. All in all it was a very good trip.

We loved having a cozy home base to come back to every night. It was great being close to the arts & crafts community as well as the main strip. The anniversary gift waiting for us was such a sweet touch to a memorable trip. The free ticket to the aquarium was a big plus!!

The cabin was great. We did not realize until Sunday at dinner time's we did not get the coupon book for dinners and the theaters. We wanted to do an dinner theater.

Clean and well maintained cabin with a well thought out floor plan & plenty of AC (which came in handy as it was really hit when we visited in late July 2020. Hot Tub was a relief after a hard days hike. Jacuzzi Tub on upper level was a surprise - if it were just the 2 of us then that would have been lovely, but with the family & it overlooking the main room it seemed a tad risky. Overall it was a pretty good value, and one I would rent again. Sidenote - Trish’s Diner for breakfast best the pants off of waiting in long lines down in Gatlinburg.

The cabin was more than we expected. Their were 4 adults in our group and we loved this cabin. Making our reservations were easy and It was spotless upon arrival. We were very pleased and will definitely be staying with Stony Brooks Cabin again as well as referring our friends.

Loved the mountain location and not to far out to get to Gatlinburg..Comfy beds,just needs insulation around bottom of front door,cold air coming in..Othrrwise Good place to stay.!!

Loved our cabin. Just a suggestion to add few towel hooks in bathroom and also another mirror.

we had a couple of issues with the refrigerator not working and the air conditioning not working but it was promptly fixed. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Cabin was beautiful, views were spectacular!

it was good, although I recommend taking a look at the hot tub, it seemed to have some trouble with keeping a proper temperature, as far as amenities goes, I wish the part about the pond by the bonfire had information on the cabin about it being stocked and available for fishing, that is a a major selling point worth mentioning to some people.

The cabin and your staff was amazing . There is only two things I would recomened to you all washers n dryers at the cabin ( for towels , linens and clothes ) and also improving wifi . Other than those two things everything was great .

We loved the seclusion, being away from the city. The cabin was clean and beautiful. Especially enjoyed the hot tub!

The cottage was beautiful and our minor issues were responded to immediately! We really enjoyed our stay and were sad to have to head back home! We will for sure be back.

Beautiful view .. loved the hot tub. However the internet was a little on and off the whole time.. not a big deal just had to reset the machine daily.

We really enjoyed the cabin. We have rented homes and cabins for vacations for 14 years and this was one of the most comfortable and well kept homes that we have stayed in. The beds were so very comfortable. We had a nice supply of towels and linens which we appreciated. The cabin was very clean and well taken care of. We loved the view from the porch swing and the hot tub. We were even able to sit out on the porch on the porch swing during an evening rain because of the nice big porch roof. We hiked a little near the cabin and even saw and heard a giant woodpecker in the nearby trees. Rhonda was very helpful and couldn't have been nicer about helping us with reservations and getting around with directions as this was our first visit to Gatlinburg. The only suggestions that I would make would be about the driveway/road leading to the cabin. Although the road was beautifully paved, the brush and trees were growing over the road which made visibility during the daytime very difficult. Fortunately, we didn't meet up with any cars coming opposite of us on the road or it would have been impassable in some places. We tried to drive up the hill at night so that we could see the headlights to tell us that there was a car coming. We just wanted to make you aware.

We had a great experience with SBC. Reservations were super easy, and the staff was very friendly. We arrived after the office closed, and our packet was easy to find. It was overall a great experience!

I loved that the location was away from the city, but still close enough to get groceries or go to restaurants. I loved the homey cabin and the beautiful views! The garbage situation isn't ideal and neither id the washing dishes part (should have plenty of dishwasher detergent and a sponge to actually wash the dishes properly), but we would def stay there again!! The sunsets were beautiful and I loved that I couldn't hear any traffic when sitting outside. I also didn't like that the view from the back balcony in Trail Head is overlooking 2 cabins, but that's just too much to ask, I guess. PS- There is a broken wooden stick on the balcony, which could be potentially dangerous if theres an unattended kid out there and also there is a crooked nail on the floor of the wooden deck that I almost stepped on real good (thank God I just missed it) that could also be potentially dangerous. Also the lamp is the bedroom is finicky and turns on and off when you wiggle it...and the lamp in the living room near the TV doesn't work ( I didn't try to change the bulb although I did see some under sink because the whole fixture seems wiggly and like it's broken). Also, it'd be great if you all invested in larger towels...those are pretty tiny....overall super happy though!! Thank you all for priceless memories!!

Office was professional, yet very nice and easy to talk to. Cabin was cozy with spectacular view. Did not use hot tub because it was right above the road with no privacy. Cabin needs a mirror in loft bedroom. Would definitely rent from Stony Brook again.

We enjoyed the experience...we just wish the grill was bigger and more then 1 television. We also didn't know the 2nd rm was the loft with no doors. And it was too many lady bugs in the cabin...They were ALL through the cabin. And I believe a portion of the incidental should be refunded if no damages.

We thought the cabin was very quaint and comfortable. We could have lived without all the ladybugs, but otherwise it was a great stay.

Everything was amazing and the house had everything we needed. Only thing I can recommend is another mirror. There is only 1 in the bathroom.

Cabin was great very homey feel to it. Only downside is the gravel roadway to take up to the cabin. It is very dark and can be dangerous especially at night.

The cabin was very clean and presentable. Only two items from a five star, the Wifi did not work - was on, but would not connect to any devices. The view would be perfect if a couple of trees were trimmed a bit (sitting on the porch swing, looking directly to the right - those two trimmed down a bit), couldn't really see any "mountain view". We caught a nice bass in the pond!

We stayed at cabin 14 Trail Head. When we got there everything was clean and set up for us. We had a great view as well which we loved to wake up to. It was a great cabin experience.

The cabin was nice, great location, but not as clean as we'd have liked; not enough towels and a bath mat would be nice.

I can not say enough great things about the cabin we stayed in. Everything was very clean and extremely welcoming when we came in the house. The upgrades were fabulous in the home. Everything from the cookware, to the furniture and beds were awesome. Very impressed by the details that went into giving us this welcome. The check-in process was very easy for me. Ronda was such a sweet person and very helpful and easy to contact. the overall experience was perfect. When I come back I will be glad to give Stony Brook my business.

Everything was all good. checked in late and everything we needed was waiting in the box for us when we got there.

The cabin was recently renovated and we encountered a lot of issues. However, the owner/operators went the extra mile in helping to resolve them and reimburse/compensate us for our trouble. The cabin is really nice and secluded, just as we wanted.
