Very clean and beautiful view! Wow, we were so happy with this place!

Everything was wonderful, from the easy reservation and keyless check-in, to the very clean and beautifully furnished cabin, and the spectacular mountain view! They called the morning after we arrived to see if we needed anything. Our internet did go out later, but a phone call was all it took and we had service that afternoon. Thank you for an amazing vacation!

The cabin is beautiful. Very well designed and family-friendly. The view of the mountains from the windows and deck is amazing. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This was our second time staying here. We didn’t want to stay anywhere else. We love it! It has great views of the mountains. We love using the hot tub and fire pit!

Cabin was great and perfect for my family 6 adults and 2 kids. View from the decks were magnificent. Enjoyed making s’mores on the outdoor fire pit. It was close to the main strip in Gatlinburg and Pigeon forge, about 9 miles. Looking forward to visiting again

We had a great experience! The cabin was ready promptly at 4 o’clock, and I was emailed our door code. A team member reached out to me via telephone both the first and second days of our stay to see if we needed anything, which was very kind. Everyone we worked with was extremely helpful and friendly. I’d definitely book again!

The cabin was beautiful, well kept, and the view was the best I have had since visiting Gatlinburg starting 20 years ago. I loved that it was secluded and did not have a neighbor right beside the cabin as well. The cabin had plenty of space for the five of us with an extra bed in the loft. Love the indoor and outdoor fire place and pit. It warmed the cool night while sitting outside and enjoying the view. I will be renting this cabin again. I loved that the office called to check on us as well. Very pleasant staff.

I rate this establishment a 4.5 -4.75 only because we were not able to use the hot tub and we did not know it wasn't operating properly until the evening before our departure & maintenance was off duty when we discovered the problem. My husband and I enjoyed the cabin so much that we were saving the hot tub for last. Next time we will check the hot tub upon arrival. Otherwise a rate of 5 stars would have been given without a doubt. My husband & I will return with the family. The trip was clean, peaceful & very enjoyable.

We have stayed with Stony Brook for the past 3 years! We have never been disappointed!

Our family’s experience was excellent. The cabin was clean and wonderfully decorated as well as with plenty of linens and bedding. We enjoyed coming back at night to a well-lit yard and deck. The night before we left we had the excitement of a mama bear and three cubs in the backyard for a few minutes!

Our stay was great. The view from the cabin was excellent and the interior of the cabin was spacious and very clean. Any issue, such as garbage pick up was handled immediately by the staff. We will definitely return for another visit. Great way to get away with family.

I was completely satisfied with every aspect of my stay from booking to departure. I liked the contactless booking and online resources. I felt like I could take care of everything online, but staff were also very friendly and helpful whenever I called with a question or request. The cabin itself was gorgeous and exceeded expectations. We could tell that the cabin was built with quality and forethought, and it showed. We loved the view. Checkout was easy and painless. Loved the entire experience.

Came to celebrate my 30th at The Pinnacle View Lodge and it was amazing. The cabin was so beautiful and the views were out of this world. Stony Brook staff was attentive and kind. Any questions I had before and during our stay were answered within minutes. I was even welcomed with a birthday card signed by all the staff. The cabin was clean and well equipped. Plenty of room for the 10 of us. The patio is big and has amazing views. Would definitely recommend! We will be coming back :)

Quite honestly, I’ve been coming the mountains every year for over a decade and have never received the welcoming like I did form Stony Brook. From the phone calls to the unexpected Birthday card, it was obvious you guys genuinely cared I enjoyed my stay.

The best place we have stayed in years and will definitely go back. The black bear that crossed the front yard was icing on the cake. Staff was awesome and VERY accommodating to our needs. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Stony Brook staff are very responsive to calls and emails. Great customer service! There was an issue with the A/C. I emailed Stony Brook late Friday night. The maintenance team fixed the issue on Saturday.

Loves the cabin, Loved the location and we Would come back.

The cabin and service was amazing. I have to admit that we were very pleased when we walked through the front door on our first day and I scored major "Dad Points" with the family because I booked the cool cabin. The place was very clean and well stocked. Beds were soft and large. The appliances were top notch and made cooking a breeze (Paula Dean would have been impressed). The front desk/ customer service was five star (I'm talking about you Ronda Farley!). The only possible upgrade I would suggest would be a generator for the cabin even just for emergency light or heat. Power was out our last day and it was a bit unpleasant in an expensive cabin with no lights, heat or water. Overall, we will absolutely be back again and bringing more friends and family.

The experience was wonderful 5 stars. The reservation was quick and easy and we enjoyed the easy access check in process. The cabin was well beautiful and well kept. The beds were super comfortablem, there were three families in total and there was plenty of space for everyone. At times it was extremely quie ad Everyone young and old enjoyed their stay. We are planning this trip annually and we will most definitely book with Stoney Brook

Pam-our cabin was great! You have exceeded our expectations-cabin was very clean, great views. This was bigger than we needed for our family of four, but I know we booked last minute. What do you have for mid Oct? We could use a 2 bedroom with loft -with great views. (or 3 bedroom) Pleas send me a list of your favorites that meet this criteria. PS- we noticed that the a/c unit would turn on for 30 seconds and then shut off. We never had a cooling problem but you may want to get it checked out. Thanks Richard Wimmer

My family and I have come to Tenn. for 20 years and the Stonybrook cabin is the best of all of them. It was very roomy, had a beautiful view, and felt like a second home to us.

Our family had a great time at Pinnacle View Lodge. The house and grounds were clean. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and appliances. There were plenty of linens for our use and the convenience of the washer and dryer onsite was great.

We were 3 couples staying over the weekend at Pinnacle View Lodge, and the experience was amazing. The cabins were clean, spacious, and fully equipped with all you would need. And the breathtaking mountain views with smokes were icing on the cake. All in all it was a vacation after a long where we all did spend quality time; I am fully charged and ready to go back to work. I am looking forward to many more staycations with Stony Brook.😊

We loved the chalet! We had brought our 9 year old granddaughters to experience hiking. They did 9 miles in three days and were so proud! Thank you for the gift--what a nice touch! We will display it proudly at our cottage in northern Michigan.

Our vacation was at 529 Pinnacle View Lodge. The cabin is very well maintained, adequately furnished, with lots of windows for natural lights and sight seeing. Thanks to Stony Brook, we have created one of the best vacation with lots of good memories! We will definitely come back and highly recommend anyone who wants to enjoy a vacation in cabin!

Kevin was great! Everything was top notch. Only problem we had was the alarm system went off at 6 AM and 11 PM. We informed the staff of this but no one seem to do anything about it. That would be our only complaint.

From Start to finish and a million question and answers Stony Brook was amazing. Very professional in every way!!!!! We stayed at the Pinnacle lodge cabin and had an amazing time. The cabin was absolutely perfect. We had 9 adults and 3 children and it was the perfect size. We will return again in the future without a doubt. The view itself is worth the price! Excellent overall experience! Anyone would be lucky to stay at this cabin!

Office staff very friendly. We had an issue with the fireplace in our cabin and that issue was addressed first thing the next morning. The only negative thing about our cabin is when first arriving, the table in dining area had food crumbs all over it and there was food on the floor underneath. Everything else seemed very clean.

Beautiful home with all necessary supplies. We expected to have nature encounters, however we often found bugs in the kitchen cabinets and we were easily killing 10 or more wasps a day that seemed to be entering at the dining room windows or doors. We would return to this home and/or this leasing company.

The cabin was beautiful, and the view from the cabin was stunning. The location of the cabin in relation to The Glades, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge was also great. Our family felt very comfortable there and will be planning to stay there again in the future.
