Wonderful view, clean cabin that was a perfect base of operations for the Smoky Mountains

The cabin was beautiful and it was central to all areas that we visited.

The cabin had to have been one of the cleanest, if not THE cleanest vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in. We came to the area for our wedding and the sweet staff of Stony Brook left us a congratulations card & a bride and groom bear figurine. It was waiting for us on the counter when we arrived & absolutely made our day. They called each day we were there just to be sure we didn’t need anything and make sure our stay was going well. Check-in and check-out were both a breeze. We will definitely be back to stay with Stony Brook cabins!

This was our second booking with Stony Brook Cabins, and this experience was just as wonderful as the last. The ladies who helped assist us with booking are absolutely fabulous and so helpful not only before we got there but we received two courtesy calls from Rhonda throughout our stay. The cabin was beautiful, well taken care of and clean. The views from the wrap around porch were stunning! Because most of the trees had lost their leaves, we had views on each side of the porch. Also, for those of you who like to travel with your pets, Stony Brook does a wonderful job helping make that possible! I don't know how many places wouldn't even try to assist us in finding a pet friendly cabin. Thank you for yet another great stay, I have and will continue to recommend Stony Brook to my friends and family visiting the area!

We had an incredible experience at A Heavenly View cabin. It was everything we could have asked for. The cabin was very clean and modern. The view of the Smoky mountains was amazing. We had an extremely minor problem of a window blind being stuck and after a quick note to Stony Brook Cabins, they came to the cabin and fixed the problem the same day! WOW, we were blown away by their attentiveness to our minor issue. Twice during our one week stay, they contacted us to be sure that everything was going well and asking if we needed anything. We were very impressed with their concern for our satisfaction with our cabin. I would highly recommend Stony Brook Cabins to anyone looking for a great cabin experience.

This was our first family vacation with our almost 2 year old and dog. Stony Brook was great to deal with. Had a card and souvenir for our anniversary. Cabin was clean and a great view. They called to check on us a few times during our stay just to make sure everything was ok. Most definitely will be using them again in the future.

Upon arrival our cabin was welcoming with Christmas music playing, decorated for Christmas including a tree and an anniversary gift. The cabin was perfect size for us and our 2 small dogs meeting all our needs for cooking and relaxing. It was great having the Fun Pass to help us take in all the activities that were offered.

The entire experience exceeded ALL expectations!!!! The staff was easy to work with, they called to check in the day after we arrived and we couldn’t have had a better experience.

The cabin and view was amazing. We had 2 minor issue with the fireplace and light, but they were resolved within a short time. The gentleman that came to help with maintenance was very friendly and helpful. The experience was wonderful and exceeded my expectations

I knew when booking the "A Heavenly View" Cabin that the view was going to be great. This was our first visit to the Smokey's so any view was going to be great. As soon as we arrived I could not have been more excited. Both the Cabin and the view were simply beautiful. We were so in love with everything that we could not stop imagining ourselves moving to the area and building a cabin of our own. I can not express enough how thankful I am to have been able to experience this stay. The customer service experience was fantastic. They truly wanted to make sure we were enjoying our stay and were more than happy to help with anything we needed; not just in the cabin, but with recommendations for the local areas as well. They went above and beyond for our anniversary which really stood out to us on just how much they care. I will certainly be recommending this stay to anyone I can. We can't wait to return and spend even more time adventuring through the mountains. Thank You.

The cabin was beautiful and we loved the decor. We were really touched when we found an anniversary card that was signed by the staff. We also loved the bear figurine that they had given us. The staff that we interacted with were all very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay in one of the Stoney Brook cabins again.

Loved our stay at A Heavenly View! My boyfriend and I loved being able to bring our dog along with us, and the cabin was very nice and had a beautiful view. The driveway up to the cabin is very steep, but we were able to make it up with no problems in our jeep. The cabin is also perfectly situated with Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg on either side so that we only had a fifteen minute drive at most each day as we went out. We did lose water for a few minutes one day of our stay, but Stony Brook was extremely responsive and though we got water back just a few minutes later, they offered to move us into a different cabin and checked in with us throughout our stay to ensure everything was working properly. We would definitely come stay here again!

NO PROBLEMS WHATSOEVER. VERY CLEAN AND ALREADY DECORATED FOR CHRISTMAS. HAVE USED STONYBROOK BEFORE AND WILL USE AGAIN.

This cabin is in a great location! Situated right between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Great View of the sunset over the mountains in the evenings. The staff very friendly and easy to work with. The cabin was stocked with everything you need and very clean!

We had a wonderful stay. Beautiful view of the mountains and quite area. I would recommend 4x4 vehicle because the road up to the cabin is pretty steep. Doordash delivers to the cabin it was awesome not to have to go out. I would recommend this this stay for others. We will be staying again, already planning our next trip.

Customer service was excellent. The reservation process was easy. I felt very comfortable after being hesitant making the online reservation that someone called me personally to confirm. That made me feel way more at ease. I would recommend propane sensors in the home. It had a propane fireplace and we only found carbon monoxide ONLY sensors. There is a difference in these, as we were made aware from our previous experience with a purchase of a propane fireplace in our own home. It could save someones life if you would have a leak. Other than that, this cabin was beautiful and so clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was outstanding from check in to departure! We utilized the express check in which saved time and was extremely convenient. Great location that was centrally located to most of the areas attractions and the cabin had a great view and was very clean and well maintained. By far the best cabin rental company in the smokie's. I couldn't have asked for people who were more polite and easy to work with than stony brook, every question that was asked was answered right away, we had concerns about our cabins location in December 2018. when i booked the cabin i was told that it would be near where we stayed in August in the Heavenly View but it wasn't even close, The drive to the cabin that was recommend to me was not a drive I was comfortable with on a single lane road with no room to pass, so I went back to the office and told them I wanted to cancel my Christmas trip, the women who were there immediately began looking for another cabin we might be interested in, and in no time at all she found one for us, it may have cost us a little more but at least it's not a drive I don't want to make. So Thank You lady's very much

Everything was just as good as we expected. However, when I asked about travel crib availability, I was told there was no option for one. When my fiancée called, she was able to ascertain information about a "pack and play," which is the same thing, and IS available upon request. That is important for people who have children. We would have bought a pack-and-play had my fiancée not called. That would have been an unecessary $200 (new).

Office staff was very friendly and helpful with info about cabin when checking in. Our cabin was very clean and it was well stocked with necessary kitchen items and bath linens.

Great cabin. Clean and well appointed. Good location as well. The constantly cycling whirlpool jets did interrupt the peace a little but other than that a wonderful experience

Nice cabin, tough roads for a Floridian🙂, very tough driveway. The only thing that made it hard was that you had to go through the bedrooms to get to bathrooms. The master was fine but it would have been easier if the other bathroom was separate.

Due to traffic delay, the office was closed but thankfully our access package was in the late arrival box. Heavenly view does not have one, because the trees may have grown up ? blocking the view? We enjoyed the stay very much. The view was not heavenly.

Great experience through Stony Brook Cabins! Rental process was very easy and everyone in the office at check-in was super friendly! Our cabin, A Heavenly View, was perfect! Very clean and very well furnished. (Wash rags would have been nice to have though. We had to purchase wash rags at Walmart) Not a huge deal because everything else about the cabin and Stony Brook made up for it.

Great communication through email during and regarding my reservation. Upon arrival explaining how things work & directions to the cabin very clear. Only minor detail was having a tv quide of some sort in the cabin to know what channels are available & being able to see what is on. We have been wanting to come down & rent one of the many cabins for a few years and we had a great experience, enjoyed the peacefulness of the cabin. Thanks

My only complaint is, it appeared that there was a shooting range near us. We heard gunshots all day, every day, during the day. I assume that Stony Brook has no control over this but it did affect our experience.

Loved the cabin - wish your driveway was made a little different to get in from the left - had to go up & turn around to come back - no big deal but would make it a little better - by the way I do not rate anything excellent - always room for improvement - but for me to rate very good is super for my rating!!!!!
