The room was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The check in process was very easy. I liked not having to go somewhere and pick up a package. They sent the code to the room and the elevator before we made it to the property, everything else was in the room.

My stay at Baskin Creek Condominiums 409 was very satisfactory. I always stay at Baskin Creek Condominiums when I vacation in Gatlinburg. I have been staying at this property since 2013. It is so convenient and close to everything in Gatlinburg. I will be returning to this property when I vacation in the Smoky Mountains.
