We loved the condo! Very clean, nice space for everyone to spread out. Loved the ease of check in and security of codes for doors and elevator. Location was amazing so we parked our car and walked to the strip in Gatlinburg. Back road access allowed us to navigate easily to Pigeon Forge. Only 1 small issue was the internet speed. If working while there keep that in mind.

Great location to Parkway in Gatlinburg. Walked for dinner and coffee and all the shopping. Loved the covered parking especially when it was raining on our day of departure. Felt safe with key codes for elevator and door.
Only issue was wifi was not very strong.

The property was superb and the host was so responsive to our one issue, which I mention only to highlight as an example. I needed some help mastering two remotes to operate the tv and promptly received the necessary tutorial to get me going. Even had to have a follow-up visit when the system needed a reboot! To the point: we had just the kind of relaxing get away we needed in a lovely location. Highly recommend!!
