This is our 2nd stay at the property. It is great for walking to town but far enough that it is still quiet. The property is clean and well maintained, we will stay again

Great for large family gatherings. Easy walking access to Gatlinburg - no parking worries. This is our family’s 3rd stay at Baskins Creek - all units we’ve stayed in have been excellent.
