Our condo (room 504) was spotless upon check in. We arrived after 5pm. The staff at the front desk are gone for the day at 5pm. We still had absolutely no trouble getting into our room. You will be sent your elevator and room codes once your condo is ready the day of check in. The property and lobby area were also very clean. You are walking distance to the strip, but far enough away that it's nice and quiet at night. I highly recommend walking if possible, traffic is terrible and at a premium. Pool area is again very nice and clean. Our balcony overlooked the pool and I saw an employee cleaning and testing the water in the mornings. We only stayed two nights for a basketball tournament and decided that if we come to Gatlinburg for a vacation we would stay at Baskin Creek again. Almost forgot parking at the condo is not bad. Lots of spots that are completely covered. This was nice for us because it poured one of the days we were there.
