3 king suites, one on each level - lots of privacy for couples. Two large decks - plenty of comfy spots to enjoy the mountain view.

Main level living area with cozy gas fireplace, great furniture and entrance to your private deck with hot tub. Multicade, two player arcade game for your gaming pleasure. A little competition anyone?

Spacious Kitchen is completely furnished with appliances and everything you'll need to prepare a full meal or your favorite vacation snacks. For the grillmeister, the charcoal grill is conveniently located right outside the front door so you can prepare that special "meal" for your group.

Beautifully decorated King suite also located on the main level with your own Flat screen tv.

Main level deck offers plenty of comfy seating, including rocking chairs and a swing, to enjoy the beautiful view of the Smokies. Enjoy that first cuppa or perhaps serve breakfast on the deck before you head out for the day. Sitting on the deck, gazing at the view, relaxation and peace will fill your heart and mind allowing the cares of “everyday” to fall away. Enjoy! It’s your vacation.

Upstairs loft is a King master suite with sitting area. Spacious and Private. The perfect getaway.

We had an amazing time staying at this beautiful 3 King suite cabin in the mountains! The layout was perfect for our group each bedroom was spacious, comfortable, and felt like a private retreat. The entire cabin was clean and had that cozy mountain charm we were hoping for.
One of the highlights of the trip was definitely the hot tub! Our kid absolutely loved it and spent every evening soaking and playing. It was the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring.
The setting is private and serene. Whether we were sipping coffee on the porch or unwinding by the fireplace, we felt completely at home.
Highly recommend this cabin for families or groups looking for comfort, space, and a memorable mountain memories. We can’t wait to come back!

We will definitely be booking with Stony Brook Cabins again. They are phenomenal. We only had one issue and that was our tv not working in one of the bedrooms. I called down to the guest services and it was fixed right away. The cabin was very spacious, and it accommodated the 9 people that was on our trip very well. I highly recommend booking a cabin through this rental service!

We absolutely loved this cabin! We got to see a family of bears every single day from the front/back porch. It was so spacious and cozy- felt like home. Big beautiful equipped kitchen. Hot tub was amazing. Only little downside was I do feel like the showers could’ve been cleaned better (some hair from the people prior was still in the shower) but that won’t stop us from staying here again. My family really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back one day. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Perfect get away

This home made a perfect place to land after busy days hiking in the park or exploring Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. It had everything we needed. The property managers were very responsive to our needs and took care of everything!

We were on a family trip with our 2 adult children and partners. Everyone loved the charming rustic cabin. It looks exactly like the pictures and has everything needed, very clean and fully equipped. The hot tub was sparkling and so inviting at the end of the day. From the main floor deck seemed like living in the treetops among birdsong. The couple in the lower level bedroom thought their mattress was a little lumpy, but the other 2 couoles loved their mattresses from night 1. We were sorry we could not stay longer and highly recommend. A small black bear cub made an appearance munching leaves as we left. So much-needed fun!

Grade A!

We had an amazing time, your cabin was just what we were looking for! The entire cabin was extremely clean anddecorated adorably. Bed were extremely comfortable. Both the main level and downstairs desks had stunning views with lots of seating. We enjoyed sitting on the deck,listening to the sound of the storm. Hot tub was also enjoyable after a day of hiking. Kitchen was well stocked with anything anyone could want or need for cooking any type of meal- it even had a crockpop! The only two small minor things....Too many remotes- made it difficult to watch tv. Also, we never saw a bear, even though all the neighbor cabin visitors did. Thanks for an amazing time-we definitely plan on visiting again with our children & grandchildren.

Family Vacation

We typically like to spend time together as an entire family at various times throughout the year. Black Bear Falls is a great place to stay! The cabin was exactly what we were looking for and provided all the necessary supplies, space and quietness we needed. I’m sure we’ll stay there again. I believe this is the second time we’ve stayed at this particular place. We are thankful!

Bear Essentials Cabin was decorated so lovely. I felt like I was at home. The view of the mountains made my breakfast on the porch perfect. The beds were so comfortable. My husband and I slept in late every day. The kids and some of the adults loved the arcade machine :). The lower level was so insulated as we did not hear the kids. It was a great place and space for everyone to unwind. Thank you.

We absolutely loved this cabin! We got to see a family of bears every single day from the front/back porch. It was so spacious and cozy- felt like home. Big beautiful equipped kitchen.
