We stayed at this cabin for new years and the proximity to Gatlinburg was super convenient, about 10minutes drive.
The house was christmas decorated on the inside and that was a great surprise, it made us feel at home.
Spacious driveway, easy access, fast internet, and more than enough space for 4 people!

Our stay was wonderful as always we always receive a call to check and make sure everything is as it should be. The cabin was wonderful and booking the stay was so easy with Stony Brook Cabins everyone is so friendly and helpful.

Only had 2 issues, we requested that the fireplace be lit, no one came and the refrigerator was horrible, took 30 hours to get drinks cold and the items we put on freezer thawed out at lowest settings.

Cabin is 10 out of 10 but there was 2 noticeable issues. In master bedroom curtains are almost translucent don't block much light and the bed in master was very uncomfortable with pillows that could use an upgrade as well. Stayed in a few cabins and how clean quiet and put together this cabin is was amazing. Just 2 small issues we noticed but other than that I couldn't complain. I would consider this property again

The tv remotes needed new battles and directions how to work the tvs and cable. We had 3 remotes in the cabin. No directions how to work the tv. We had to play with the remotes to get the tv to work.

This cabin is located in a beautiful neighborhood near Gatlinburg, on a curvy mountain road. The fireplace has a blower and was great to warm up to after being out in the cold. This is part of the area burned by the fire several years ago and vegetation is growing back. It is easy to spot bear on the hill across the street which we enjoy immensely during our stay. We didn't use the hot tub, but it looked like a good size. The place was great and we'd stay there again.

Our trip was amazing! The only thing that was a pain was the transportation into Gatlinburg. Having to either wait hours in traffic on the trolley or riding back with crazy intoxicated people. The cabin was amazing. Having a fireplace and place to cook was great. But other than that it was amazing hearing the story of the cabin and seeing all who had checked in to be there. We wish we could have stayed longer. 4 day was not enough!

We had one maintenance issue-pilot was out but we called and it was fixed. Even scheduled it around a massage we had scheduled. Black Bear cabin is beautiful and comfortably equipped.

Cabin was clean and beautiful. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Only disappointment was never getting the maintenance visit I requested to have the fireplace lit. We were looking forward to enjoying some evenings with the fireplace on. Requested it Thursday morning and never came nor got a call to explain delay.

We loved our stay with Stony Brook! We came for our honeymoon and everything was absolutely perfect! The cabin was spotless and and completely stunning! They even left us a sweet card and bear’s congratulating us on our marriage! We will be coming back next year for sure!

Our Stony Brook exceeded our expectations. The Black Bear cabin was clean, comfortable, well equipped, located near the best shopping and hiking trails while still remote. We enjoyed early morning coffee on the private balcony with territorial view to greet the sun.

House was furnished with everything we needed. Even enough towels to use with the hot tub. Everything was in working order. Very clean and modern appliances. Enjoyed the front porch rockers, watched a bear across the road forage for food a couple of evenings. Easy to get to town. Driveway was pretty steep and on a curve so hard to see oncoming traffic, but it isn’t on a busy road so not too bad.

This cabin looked brand new! Every aspect was clean, cozy and welcoming. We mentioned it was my husband’s birthday and their entire staff signed a card and left a small gift upon arrival. We were even able to check in an hour early due to the cleaning crew finishing sooner than check in time. We received a call during our stay just to check up and see how we were doing which was thoughtful. The hosts of this cabin left all kinds of information around the entire cabin so it left us with absolutely no questions or concerns about where to go, how something works, recommendations, etc. Overall, an amazing stay after not being in Gatlinburg for 20 years!

This was our first time visiting Gatlinburg and I am so thankful we chose Stony Brook Cabins! We stayed in the Black Bear Cabin and it was beautiful! Very clean. A lot cleaner than any nice resort we have ever stayed at. I will definitely use Stony Brook again!

Beautiful cabin and staff was very attentive. Hot tub was in excellent working condition which was exactly what we needed. The gaming console kept the kiddos entertained. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest.

This was our first time renting a cabin when visiting Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg and it was a wonderful experience. The cabin was spotless when we arrived and everything was in working order. The office also checked in with us to make sure everything was OK while we were staying in the cabin which was a nice touch .I loved all the decor & all the extra amenities.
