Great cabin few flaws. You can tell visit to visit nobody was there by all the cob webs. Extra cabin was musty (but that’s to be expected from something xtra) we aired that out. House/hot tub/yard was great. Wish they would have posted about garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper on airbnb. We got a text day 2 into our drive almost there before informed. I would have brought from home. Very minimal pots and pans. We had a mama bear w/4 cubs at breakfast and 1 bear and 1 cub when arrived home. Left after 10 mins. We enjoyed them from distance. Pigeon forge & Gatlinburg are like 10 min drive. Very peaceful! House is roomy and has ample parking and great for big groups. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

We LOVED being away from the city, yet not up the huge hills in the mountains. The mother-inlaw suite had a very strong smell of mildew. We caught huge bass and sunnies in the pond. I wouldnt recommend swimming in the pond. My child thought it would be fun to jump in, came out covered in mud, and smelling absolutely horrid. The a/c went out twice, however, they sent maintenence out very quickly to get it fixed. After the second guy came, we had no more issues with the a/c.
Overall, the house is identical to the pictures! Way bigger than we thought it was! I would absolutely stay again!

We absolutely LOVED Dockside Dreams. The location was convenient to downtown Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg and the Cabin was very clean. The outdoor area was great and the convenience of the gas grill made cooking our steaks fast. I also felt like the price was very fair. We'll be back!!!
