Designed to host up to 16 guests, this stunning 3-story retreat is the perfect home base for family getaways, reunions, or group vacations—just 20 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg and minutes from top outdoor attractions like whitewater rafting, ziplining, and golf.

Surrounded by lush forest, Eagles Perch Pool Cabin blends rustic charm with modern comfort. Relax on the welcoming front porch swing or gather in the cozy living room, where a stacked-stone wood-burning fireplace, exposed beam ceilings, and leather furniture set the tone for mountain living. The open-concept layout features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, high-end Maytag appliances including double ovens, and a center island with seating for two. Two dining areas seat 12 in total, perfect for shared meals after a day of adventure.

Step outside to enjoy the private seasonal pool (open Memorial Day to Labor Day), soak in the 6–8 person hot tub, or unwind in the shaded lounge area with ceiling fans and two picnic tables for alfresco dining. A propane grill and firepit complete the outdoor experience.

Back inside, the game room offers fun for all ages, with billiards, foosball, air hockey, darts, and an 85” streaming TV. Another lounge area downstairs features a 70” TV for extra relaxation space.

The house was beautiful. Everywhere you look was lovely. Secluded area total solitude and we felt right at home. There was so much room for our entire family to enjoy themselves and so much to do that you do not even want to leave the house. Everything was super clean. The only thing I did not like is that the master bedroom bathroom and the bathroom in the hall next to it did not have any blinds curtains or anything to the windows so we ended up having to cover the hall bathroom window in order to have privacy but the master bedroom window was too big so we were unable to bathe there at all as you are totally exposed to the pool area and surrounding areas. still there were several bathrooms so I still give it a 5star review since everything else way made up for that inconvenience.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful cabin! It was the perfect mix of comfort and charm. The well-suppled kitchen and full size washer/dryer were great conveniences. Excellent game room kept everyone entertained and the pool and hot tub were definite highlights. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Notes for future guests: 1. The drive up is a bit of a trek, but you get used to it after a couple trips. 2. BR2 described as 5 bunks, there's only 1. We had planned on more beds but made it work using couches. The landscaping could use attention, though it didn't affect our enjoyment. Overall, the cabin had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing family vacation. We would recommend this cabin and would definitely book with this host again.

Our extended family loved the cabin. It was large and spacious giving everyone room to spread out and relax. The game room with huge tv was a big hit with the family. The swings on the front porch offered a retreat to enjoy the stillness of the mountaintop. The backyard was an oasis on its own with the large deck, hot tub and outdoor pool. I can't think of a better spot to while away the day. Our dogs also enjoyed to fenced in backyard, but found the hole under the deck pretty quickly. This could be secured easily with some lattice to provide a secure place for dogs visiting. If you are looking for a secluded get-away, this is the absolute perfect choice. We were a little sketched out by the gravel driveway the first time up, but after several trips up and down the mountain, we found it easy to navigate. Just don't arrive after dark the first time and you will be fine :) We loved our stay!!!
