This cabin is perfect! The cabin was very spacious, clean, and the view from the balcony was breathtakingly beautiful. The décor of the cabin was just wonderfully thought out and all the furnishings were so comfortable. We had a great time and would highly recommend this cabin. This cabin is on the outskirts of downtown Gatlinburg; therefore, you will have to drive about another 8-9 miles to get to downtown, but the view, the quietness and the beautiful cabin makes it a perfect choice for those who wants to be in Gatlinburg without the hustle and bustle of downtown.

The Stony Brook team was amazing, starting from the time that we booked our cabin. A few weeks before our scheduled stay we decided to extend our reservation for a couple of additional days and the Stony Brook team made the process seamless and stress free. While we were at our cabin, we had an unexpected visitor (bear) visit us and get to our grill. In the process the bear ripped several screens on the screened in porch. We reported the issue to the Stony Brook team and the screens and grill were repaired the very next day. Next time we visit the Smoky Mountains we will definitely be renting through Stony Brook. Highly recommend them!

We decided to brave the masses that flocked the pigeon forge. After Christmas. We were able to secure four bears cabin to stay in for a few days. Everything about the cabin was pretty perfect except one little minor detail and I'm pretty much going to let that slide because of the other positives. The view is awesome, the kitchen is nice, all the bedrooms are big and nice. The master bath is nice, wish they had a door on the shower, but I get it. The game room and lounge on the lower level is a hit for all ages. And the view, the view is one of the best that I've ever seen. We came in the dead of winter, I would love to see it in the fall and summer. Also. My only gripe was that the hot tub was cold when we got there and I had to fix it myself. Basically missing a night of outdoor hot tubbing which was a pretty major factor in choosing this place. They were helpful when I called about it. I just think whomever cleaned it didn't do their diligence to make sure it was ready for the next guests which was my family. Either way 5 stars and would totally come back. PS the drive up to the cabin is a little harrowing. Nothing off-road or super perilous just lots of incline, twists and turns but hey that's how you get that view!!!

Four Bears is a wonderful cabin. Would love to stay here in the future. The only disappointment was arriving to an ice cold hot tub after a 7 hour ride. First trip to this area we've arrived to a cold tub. Hoping they take this feedback kindly and work towards ensuring all amenities are useable upon a guests arrival. Otherwise I fixed it myself and it was working the next morning. The rest of the stay was pleasant and the people with the rental agency were easy to deal with.

From making our reservations to our checkout everything was so easy. When speaking to the Stony Brook staff they were so awesome and helpful. I would suggest using their company if you want the best vacation experience. The Four Bears cabin we chose was amazing. We will be back next year. Thanks!

The Four Bears Cabin is amazing! The views are incredible! Cabin was clean and well kept. The Stony Brook Team gave us a card and gift for our 25th Anniversary. Such a special touch! Thank you for a wonderful five days! ??

Beautiful cabin, great view. Appreciated the screened-in porch with the bugs. Teens liked their space downstairs with the tv, air hockey, and video games.

Excellent cabin! Well appointed and very clean! You went the extra mile with customer service by leaving me a signed birthday card and little gift! We rent exclusively in Cobbly Nob and you will become our exclusive rental company !

Booking the property was simple, adequate communication by the staff allowed for an easy check-in and immediate access to the cabin. The staff was knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and frequently called to see if we needed anything. Upon arrival, the cabin was clean, well-stocked, and ready for our stay. We enjoyed the beautiful mountain views through rain, cold, and snow. While we had difficulty using the Alexa feature for check-out, all other check-out processes were smooth.

The cabin was perfect and better than I imagined! The views were just amazing. The staff was so professional and friendly, and they made sure to check on to see if my family needed anything.

The house was beyond wonderful! The view was absolutely breathtaking! The only problem was that we had asked that the propane for the grill be full but it was empty and the grill dirty from previous use. We had spent a large amount of money on some bone in Rib Eye stakes and Lobsters and had to cook them indoors, very disappointing.

We really loved the cabin and the description of it was very detailed and helpful in the planning process. Grounds were clean and well kept - had a fantastic stay. Could use some brochures or pamphlets in each cabin to give guests some ideas of what’s available nearby when they arrive.

Very beautiful views, lots of wildlife, well kept cabin, and very clean. A little difficult to get to and from driving wise due to winding mountain roads, distance from some activities, and some construction. Overall, one of the best cabins we've stayed in!

This is our second stay with the Stoney Book team. They run a smooth, no nonsense and professional operation. We met Cheryl for the first time, outside our cabin, upon our slightly early arrival. She was very pleasant and advised us that she made sure our cabin was spotlessly clean and Covid safe. Per usual, Denise Pam and the stoneybrook team were great and the birthday card and gift were a nice touch and much appreciated. We had an issue during our stay that was promptly addressed by the maintenance team, who was also pleasant and wearing their Covod masks. Our cabin was beautiful and the view was amazing, We are already thinking of booking again with Stoneybrook.
