Awesome cabin for young family members! Not so friendly for elderly as the stairs are spiral stairs. Overall well maintained cabin!

The stay was great. Driving up some of the mountain roads isn't for everyone. But hundreds do it daily, so just breathe. Wish it wasn't so touristy, but what can you do about it? Everything in the cabin was perfect. No issues at all.

Property was fantastic with beautiful views of the mountains. We even saw a bear in the valley below the cabin. Would not recommend to those with hip or knee issues due to spiral stairway. Hot tubs were great. Having four king sized beds was a huge plus.

I was very impressed by the wonderful customer support from this home. They were extremely welcoming, kind and attentive. The home was perfect for our family to stay comfortably with 8 adults and 3 kids. They had been having trouble with their lower hot tub and did a very good job of working to fix the issues right away.

The cabin was pristine! Wonderful location and had everything we needed for our stay. We had a family thanksgiving trip and the cabin accommodated all ages. The kids had a great time on the top floor and the rest of the rooms were comfortable with amazing views. We had an issue with the heat not working the first night but they promptly had someone out to fix it the next morning. It was very accessible to the store and local attractions. We would absolutely stay again.

This cabin was everything I was looking for, and I created great memories with friends and family. The only complaint was in the second-floor bedroom; there was this random knocking; maybe a pipe scared me. Other than that, it was absolutely lovely!

We were a group of friends with 5 couples. The cabin was great for a reunion and the perfect size for a large group. There are 4 equally sized king bedrooms and a double queen plus an extra loft with a single bunk bed - so no fighting over who gets the best room since all the rooms were great lol!

Enjoyed staying here 3nights with family. Views were just like shown in the picture. Each floor has its own patio and has ample space to sit and enjoy the views. summers might be even more better.
several floors to have a peaceful stay, but spiral are not that fun to move between floors. over all its great cabin.

We had three families (6 adults, 7 children) in town for a dance competition. The house suited us well, as there was lots of room to gather and to have privacy. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed. Loved the 2 hot tub option. Would definitely stay again. The drive up the mountain was a little scary, but worth it for the views. You can see the Dollywood fireworks from the hot tub on the porch!

Up a curvy road on the side of the mountain; views were awesome! Had two issues with the cabin that were handled so quickly and professionally! Nothing but good things to say about this property!

The stonybrook team was wonderful to work with. They left a card and small gift for my husbands birthday. This cabin was absolutely beautiful! The views are better than we expected. All of the bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook a few meals. The drive up the mountain would be more challenging for an inexperienced driver but we took our 12 passenger van up and down with no issues. The spiral staircases can be a lot for someone who doesn’t move around well so keep that in mind when booking. Bring additional trash bags if you plan to have a lot of food/drinks. I would 100% book this place again, everything was wonderful!!

Hidden Heaven was fantastic! It was clean and had all the dishes and utensils we needed. When we got there we discovered that the grill was not functioning properly; they brought out a brand new grill. Maintenance response was wonderful!

Beautiful property with amazing view. Would definitely recommend. That being said, all interior staircases are spiral and might be difficult to maneuver for older folks or those with knee problems.

This property was PERFECT for the 6 of us that went. The game room was used everyday. The view from the top deck to see the sunset & Dollywood's fireworks were impeccable. The house was spotless upon arrival. Only a couple cons for us: The spiral staircases got to our knees going up & down multiple times a day. Also, the drive up & down the mountain wasn't our favorite. We ended up booking with a taxi service to drive us to Gatlinburg when we wanted to go & bring us back. Overall GREAT stay!!!

The cabin had beautiful views, exactly like in the photos. After paying on VRBO, I had to fill up a few different forms that were sent separately. Unfortunately, check-in wasn't straightforward. I was supposed to get a message with the code. But I never received it and no one reached out to me for confirmation. I messaged them since I didn't receive the code past the check-in time. They then called me and provided the code and mentioned it may have been some system error. But other than that, we didn't face any issues with check-in. Cabin had almost everything we needed for the stay. They provided only soap bars in the bathroom. There was no shampoo, conditioner or anything else which I have generally seen in other rental places. Not a deal breaker, but something to keep in mind. There was also a clog in one of the sinks which they fixed as soon as I messaged them. There were also a few cabins nearby. It wasn't a problem for us. But it's not exactly clear from the images. Other than the above minor issues, the cabin was a perfect stay for us.

This was such an awesome place to stay at! Plenty of room for all ten of us. We enjoyed the open space, the pool table, the peaceful atmosphere, and views!! This cabin was close to everything too which was great. Also, Rhonda with Stony Brooks is absolutely the sweetest person! Talked on the phone a couple times making sure all the booking was correct and that everything was good with the cabin. Plus they had me a birthday card waiting on me. Was so sweet! Highly recommend this place for sure!!

Beautiful cabin, impeccably clean. Great location to Dollywood. However, walls and ceilings were paper thin, could her walking on one floor several floors down, so much so, despite all the other great pieces, would keep us from staying here again with small children. Also, room queen bunk room could use a small table or something to set items, such as glasses or a drink or water on. The queen bunk has seen better days, with the bottom bed very slanted and noisy from the mattress cover. Stonybrook had great customer service, we appreciated them checking in by phone and email the day after our arrival. We would stay in another of their properties again. If you’re looking for isolation, this cabin in sandwiched very close between other cabins. Electronics, HVAC, etc all worked well. Overall good experience!
