This spacious three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath cabin offers the perfect combination of comfort, entertainment, and Smoky Mountain charm, making it an ideal getaway for families and groups.

Wake up to stunning mountain scenery and enjoy the views from the cabin’s multiple decks, whether you’re sipping your morning coffee, relaxing in the private hot tub, or gathering around the outdoor grill for an evening of al fresco dining. With plenty of outdoor space to take in the scenery, you’ll quickly understand why the views are one of Picadilly Perch’s greatest features.

Inside, the open-concept living area provides a comfortable space to relax after a day of exploring Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains. Cozy up by the fireplace, challenge your group to a game of pool, or unwind with a movie on one of the large Smart TVs throughout the cabin. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.

All three bedrooms are master suites, each featuring a comfortable king-sized bed and its own private bathroom, providing convenience and privacy for everyone in your group. The spacious bedrooms also feature walk-in closets, air conditioning, and TVs for added comfort.

When you’re ready to explore, Picadilly Perch offers an excellent location. Guests can enjoy access to the Cobbly Nob pools, as well as walkable access to the Timber Ridge pool. Golf enthusiasts will appreciate being close to Bent Creek Golf Course, while outdoor lovers can take a short drive to the Greenbrier entrance of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Gatlinburg’s attractions, dining, shopping, and entertainment are also just a short drive away.

This place is great for group of 6 to 8 prople, plenty of room. All the beds are very big and comfortable. Location is really good, the view is good, getting blocked by some trees, but still feels magical after rain.
Yes be prepared, there are bears. In 3 day trip, we have spotted them twice right around house. But nothing concerning or dangerous.
House amenities are accurate, you will find everything. Host is very friendly and responsive.

The cabin was absolutely beautiful and very clean. Stocked with everything that we needed as far as games to cooking supplies. Rhonda was so sweet, and attentive to work with. Would book again!
