FIVE luxury master King suites each with a futon, (sleeping 20) and a private, ensuite bathroom. Each of the King bedrooms has a mini fridge and Keurig - enjoy! There is a bunk room with 2 sets of custom-made queen-size bunks, and 2 sets twin sized bunk beds, to sleep a total of 12 with a full, private bath. It's vacation - enjoy the feeling and the pampering.

Luxury flooring throughout creates a warm and beautiful mood. The white tongue and groove contrasts with the dark brown wood trim throughout to provide a feeling of "rustic mountain". The large living room area has an electric fireplace to take the chill off those mountain evenings and provide just the right warmth for your morning coffee. The unique wooden design used to finish the fireplace is both beautiful and artistic. You will love it. Unless you prefer to step outside on the deck so you can enjoy the Smoky Mountain Air. The large smart TV along with the comfy furniture makes for great showtime together. Or perhaps curl up with a good book and turn on the fireplace. It's your vacation. The upper level has 3 fabulous King suites, each with futon, large screen, mini fridge, Keurig and tiled tub shower bathroom. Gorgeous and well appointed. Here you will experience Tennessee sleeping and be ready to go the next morning.

Located on the lower level is Entertainment Central. A theater room for family movie night or watching the big game, complete with theater chairs to seat 11 and movie decor.

You will have access to the large outdoor community pool located in Brookside Resort. Open from Memorial Day through Labor Day - weather dependent.
