Modern kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need to prepare snacks or full 4 course family dinners – all while enjoying the view . Stainless appliances and granite countertops create a great working space for your vacation meal prep. Dining area with full view of the mountains – seats 8 at the table and 4 bar stools at the kitchen counter so everyone can sit together at mealtimes. Gather around and make some memories. Floor to ceiling gas fireplace to take the chill off the winter evenings and provide just the right mood to curl up with a new book or binge on Netflix. Fireplaces are seasonal! It’s your vacation – whatever you want to do. Plenty of comfy seating to hang out together. The main deck area is where you will want to spend a lot of your time – gazing, dreaming, relaxing and enjoying the amazing views. Truly spectacular! Bunk room with two twin/full bunk beds – sleeps up to 6 with an ensuite bathroom. Very sturdy and safe, these comfy beds will provide a great place for the kiddos to get a good nights’ rest…………or not! Located right off the game room on the lower level. Large deck on the lower level, also covered for year round enjoyment. This is where you will find the popular hot tub – private with mountain view. Go ahead, climb in – let the jets and heat wash the cares away and relax those tight muscles. You may want to go hiking again tomorrow. Or shopping. Or……. On the upper level are two more King suites. The larger has a full walk in closet and ensuite bathroom with tub/shower. Eye catching décor and beautiful colors. The smaller has a king platform bed and ensuite bathroom with tub shower. Smoky Mountain décor so you feel both comfortable and at home. Great location! Easy drive to all the area attractions and there’s a community swimming pool you can easily drive to and enjoy. Bent Creek Golf Course is located just below Cobbly Nob. Enjoy! Located about 6 miles from the Rocky Tops Sports Complex - easy drive back and forth if you're here for an event. You’re only a short drive from the Greenbrier entrance to the National Park with lots of hiking and the Little Pigeon River runs all through it. Beautiful and nearby. Overall a great stay at the cabin , easy check in and flexible check in and out . Any questions we had she just called very helpful instead of written instructions of multiple text back and forth . As the photos show everything is how it looks perfect ! Only down side wish there was a big mirror for pictures and outfit changes ….& if your going to stay here make sure you go to a grocery store like 40 mins from the place everything is mostly gas stations around . But overall definitely will be back to stay again !

Tennessee Roots provided the perfect setting for our annual family trip to Gatlinburg. We’ve stayed in condos closer to Pigeon Forge in the past but decided to try a cabin this time. We did not regret our decision! Staying in Cobbly Knob provided the best of both worlds-mountain serenity and entertainment. We woke up to the beautiful mountain view each morning, and ended each day with a peaceful sunset rock on the porch or hot tub soak. Hiking trails in the National Park were easy to access and dining/entertainment was only a short drive away. We all enjoyed time at the resort pool and the golfers in the family loved being 5 minutes away from their tee time at Bent Creek. Although we did venture out some, we found it difficult to leave the comforts of Tennessee Roots. Our kids were well entertained by the video games and theater room while the adults played pool in the basement or card games on the deck. The nature-lovers in the family spent hours bird watching and even spotted a mama black bear and her cubs going for a stroll in the neighborhood. The cabin had everything we needed and plenty of space to spread out. The people at Stony Brook are so easy to work with and answered all our questions immediately. We will definitely be returning to Tennessee Roots next year!

We spent a lovely week in the Smoky Mountains at Tennessee Roots! The home was clean and well furnished. Communication was easy. We found we had everything we needed to stay in but were relatively close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge if we wanted to go out. I would highly recommend!

WOW!! Our Smoky Mountain vacation started with gorgeous mountain views. Tennessee Roots was the perfect cabin for our large family. Our first impressions: the cabin was spotless, well appointed & brand new. My elderly parents were very comfortable on the main floor master while all the grandkids took over the basement bunk room, game room & theater room...they did not want to leave! We loved having the option of cooking in, grilling out, or driving 15 minutes to Gatlinburg for food and/or fun. We absolutely loved the location, convenient to everything from hiking trails, local crafts, restaurants, putt-putt, shopping etc!! Our family enjoyed winding down in the evenings outside around the fire table or in the hot tub. Stony Brook Cabins went above & beyond to ensure we were comfortable & had everything we needed to make our vacation memories. We highly recommend Tennessee Roots for your next Smoky Mountain trip.
