The cabin was great! The was great space for all of us and the kitchen supplies and bathroom supplies that was provided was ample.

We stayed at Villa Tavia and it was an amazing experience! Beautiful views, and plenty of room for a large family. The Stony Brook staff called a few times during our week’s stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!!!

Our family absolutely loved our stay at the cabin! The views were amazing and the cabin had everything we needed and more! It was worth the trip just to stay there! Lots of room, loved the Christmas decor, fast wifi, great hot tub - so many amenities and good location! Just a great experience to enjoy time with family in luxury accommodations!! Can’t wait to come back!

We enjoyed the cabin very much! The space, spanning 3 levels, was perfect for our family of 12. Everyone had privacy when needed, and the common areas were perfect to allow us all to come together without ever feeling cramped. The cabin was clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was stocked enough to allow us to cook dinner, grill, and even bake! The view from all decks was amazing. The kids loved the game room and the adults enjoyed the outside table on the main level deck. Stony Brook was also super kind, helpful, and responsive as needed throughout our stay. Thank you!

Our family truly enjoyed Villa Tavia! The home was beautiful, spacious, and very clean! The mountain views from the decks were gorgeous and we enjoyed several sunrises! We appreciated the phone calls checking in to see if we needed anything! The grocery service was also wonderful and helped us so much! We would definitely book through Stony Brook Cabins again in the future! Thank you for providing us with a wonderful place to stay!

Everything was seamless for our stay. We enjoyed our time at Villa Tavia. The Chalet is updated, very spacious with a lot of amenities. There was something to do for all age groups. Excellent stay.

Villa Tavia was an exceptional luxury cabin experience. The cabin and Stony Brook were very accommodating! Gorgeous cabin and Gorgeous views!!! Our group of 10 settled in very nicely! Stony Brook checked on us daily making sure our needs were met. Cabin was stocked with essentials. 10 out of 10, would definitely recommend Stony Brook Cabins for your next mountain getaway!!!

Our stay at Villa Tavia far exceeded our expectations! The cabin was absolutely gorgeous with the most breathtaking views of the mountains I have ever seen! We have been going to the Smokey Mountains for vacations since I was a teenager and we have never been lucky enough to see a bear....until this trip. Right from our balcony too!!! I can not say enough good things about the staff and the cabin. HIGHLY recommended!

My family was very pleased this cabin has got to be one of the best kept secrets in Gatlinburg, TN.

The service was great! The house was absolutely breath taking!!!!! We did have one issue with the hot tub, but the maintenance guy came right out and tried to get it going on Friday (I believe) . However, it never got above 94 until Saturday night, but we at least got to enjoy it on our last day and after snow tubing :) That was the only minor hiccup. We did get to see some snow and that was exciting!!!

Great trip and fantastic rental. Villa Tavia was incredible it had everything you need. If we knew is was so well equipped we would have had a lot more room in our vehicle. Anything you need was addressed immediately by the folks at Stony Brook. They even reached out a handful of times to make sure you were happy and had everything.

From reservation to check-out, your team was responsive, respectful and extremely helpful. The house/cabin was decorated for Christmas ahead of our arrival, down to Alexa welcoming us with Christmas music. When we travel back to the area, we will ONLY book through Stony Brook Cabins. My family traveled from Louisiana, Texas and Florida to what I can say was a perfect snowy Christmas vacation. The Villa Tavia was the perfect space fir our family. The home was fully stocked with any and very supples we could think of! The staff called to check in with us to make sure we had what we needed. They were so friendly. Stony Brook was very quick with responses when we had questions. The house was in wonderful condition. We walked in the house and there was a card signed by staff for my fiance's birthday! A nice little touch to make us feel at home immediately.

We stayed at Villa Tavia It was amazing from the time we got there to the time we left the beds are comfy the windows in the view was the best video ever the pool table was a big hit with my family in the kitchen was fun we all gathered around the chairs and we all cook dinner together and breakfast and we had the most fun memories that will last a lifetime we definitely will come back and is this cabin hands-down the car ride of the cabin was also fun my husband had to record it leaving The towels were planted the dishes were now everything about it was just wonderful thank you so much

My stay at Villa Tavia was superb! My family & I enjoyed this trip!! It was much needed! The cabin was beautiful! At sunrise, the view was amazing! There's nothing bad that I could say about this cabin! Oh, and the ladies at Stony Brook office were amazing as well, whenever I had a question..they were able to respond back, promptly! They made me feel at home!!

An awesome experience for us. We were 4 families and the space was just perfect.all the bedrooms have king beds.kitchen,fireplace,grill,hot tub everything were in great condition.prompt response in clearing the trash bins-even over the weekend.overall an awesome experience

Cabin was great!!! Well kept, clean and updated in all aspects. Our families were very comfortable during our stay. One thought! Please update the What you should bring message in your app. It advised us to bring charcoal. We bought two bags and ended up with a gas grill. Was such a waste. But overall, wonderful experience and will definitely plan to come back.

Everything went smoothly from booking to leaving. My family was very impressed and wished we had more time to stay. They were already planning next years trip. The only thing I would suggest is checking the porches and decks for wasp nest and bee hives. We wanted to have breakfast on the deck but were run in by bee's because of a hive in the corner. We'll just bring spray next time 😉 Thank you for allowing us to rent your property. We will definitely let our friends and family know about your properties!

Amazing chalet! Spotless and well equipped. Pictures of chalet are how it actually looks. Easy to book and register. Love the follow up while you are there to see if anything is needed and that everything is okay. Always book with Stony Brook Cabins.
