Our stay with Stony Brook was absolutely wonderful! The customer service and hospitality exceeded my expectations, and the staff truly made us feel at home while staying in Gatlinburg. We were able to check in early to our chalet, and were provided all of the information needed for our stay in a helpful manner by the office staff. The Family Fun pass was an excellent perk, as we were able to save over $150 on attractions in the Gatlinburg area! We will certainly stay with Stony Brook when we visit Gatlinburg again!

This was my first trip to the smokys. I stayed in the Winsor. It was nice and I thought the rates were good as well. It was clean and had a great view of the mountains. The person I spoke to on the phone was very kind and helpful.

Stayed in the 1 bedroom Windsor. We went here last year also and it's become a little run down since then. Had to knock down quite a few webs and kill a lot of spiders on the deck. I had to pour out quite a bit of water in the hot tub to get rid of the excessive bleach that was burning our eyes when we turned the jets on. We put new water in the hot tub which helped 100% but this isn't my job to do it should be the cleaners. Wall paper is falling off and there is some sort of water issue at the base of the bedroom floor and the living room, so much that we would ring out a towel we put on the floor everyday and just leave it there, one to soak up the water, and two, to remember to not step in the water. They have 900 channels with Direct tv but our tv only got about 40 channels. Bed is the same as last year, hard as a rock but I was willing to deal with that again since I enjoyed the place so much last year. On the plus side there is an AMAZING view, a hot tub once it has the correct bleach, pretty convenient to Downtown Gatlinburg and very peaceful. Last year was a great experience but this year this particular room I would not return too unless things were updated. Our friends stayed next door and their place was pretty nice. The only issue they had was the hard bed so I would recommend another room.
