Newly renovated. All new kitchen appliances and granite counter tops in both the kitchen and bathrooms. Lots of tongue and groove throughout. Freshly painted walls. New carpet and flooring throughout. New living room furniture. Owners have really given this beautiful log cabin a face lift and you are going to love it. You enter through the front door into the living room which is furnished with a new, comfy couch and a recliner. Gas fireplace provides ambiance and warmth on those chilly mountain evenings. Newly furnished kitchen to prepare those family meals and a table and chairs so everyone can gather around the table together. Everything you'll need to prepare family meals or vacation snacks. All new appliances, granite, tile backsplash and flooring create a warm and welcoming spot for your meal times. All three bathrooms were refurbished with new flooring, granite countertops, tile accents, and updated lighting. Modern, well lit and beautiful. Plenty of bathrooms for the whole group. There are two queen bedrooms on the main floor off the living room. One queen with en suite bathroom and the second queen bedroom with full hall bath. Comfy and private, both are beautifully decorated and await your visit. Large front porch with rockers to enjoy the view. The stream runs alongside the cabin and spills into the pond right out front. So you have the beautifully landscaped area of the pond and the view of Mt. LeConte right from your own private front porch. How about a cup of coffee to enjoy on the deck while watching the ducks on the pond and delighting in the mountain view? Perhaps a cool glass of iced tea in the afternoon sunshine? Lots of deck space on the front to enjoy the view. Around on the side of the cabin is plenty of private deck space overlooking the stream that runs into the pond. Love the splashing noises of the water over the rocks - so relaxing and peaceful. Here the hot tub also awaits your pleasure. There is table with plenty of seating so you can eat outdoors and enjoy the fresh mountain air and privacy. Upstairs in the loft area is a two person, console arcade game filled with 60 of your favorite '80's games like Donkey Kong , Pacman, and Galaga. Play as long as you want - it's your vacation. Upstairs is the King master suite with lots of wood and it's beautifully decorated. New tile work in the full, en suite bathroom. Warm and comfortable decor ..a great room for you to fall asleep and awake rested. Plenty of flat parking right outside the cabin entry for ease of access in any kind of weather. It's just a short walk to the community swimming pool which you can enjoy from Memorial Day through Labor Day. There is a kiddie pool and plenty of chairs for lounging. It's an easy walk if you feel up to it, yet far enough away you won't be disturbed the playful noise of the guests enjoying the pool. Black Bear Falls is a small, mountain, log cabin community featuring beautiful landscaping. The year round residents help to ensure this is a wonderful place to vacation with plenty of peace and quiet. Your family can safely enjoy the area and the peace and quiet offered in the Great Smoky Mountains. You will love it - come stay with us! An easy 5 minute drive to the nearby grocery store without going through traffic. About 8 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg. Very convenient location. Close to all area attractions. Beds: Main floor: 1 Queen suite, 1 queen bedroom with full hall bath sleeper sofa in living room Upstairs: 1 King suite About 5 miles from the cabin is The Gatlinburg Community Center - a complex with indoor swimming pool, basketball court, ping pong, bowling alley, weight room and showers. For a very reasonable fee visitors are welcome to take advantage of this beautiful complex. Please check out their website for info. Also only about four miles away is the Mills Park with a playground for the children, and covered picnic tables and grills for your get togethers. Four miles away is The Greenbriar section of The Smoky Mountain National Park. This is a lesser known entrance with many beautiful trails, plenty of parking, picnic area, playground and access to the Pigeon River throughout. Ramsey Cascades is a favorite with the hikers. This is a terrific location with many activities nearby and an easy 8 minute drive from downtown Gatlinburg.
