Contemporary furnishings and fixtures, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a fully stocked kitchen with custom cabinetry, upscale granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. The cabin like a hotel was absolutely stunning and exceeded our expectations. It was soo clean and had all the amenities one could ask for. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and if we would go back we would want to stay in the same place.

The cabin is beautiful. The only issue is it doesn’t say splash of sunshine on the sign it says greywind lodge and the 817 the 7 is hanging off and you can’t tell it’s a 7. So definitely follow the directions they provide. Very difficult to find the cabin without specific directions. Otherwise it’s a beautiful place, clean, comfortable beds, awesome pool and great view!

Relaxing

Love the cabin it was truly relaxing. The cabin is really gorgeous and has all the commodities that you might need A lot of privacy and nice view , big spacious and clean. The only downside was the street to get to the cabin, They’re really really tight but otherwise is a good experience.

Beautiful home

We enjoyed this rental a lot. Very remote location so be prepared for one lane, steep elevation climbs and driving into town for supplies. House was very clean and updated! Kids loved the pool and hot tub. Pool room had an alarm on the door so we felt very protected with our young daughter. Beds comfortable. The only issue we had is that address was not correct and sign for the property was not at the access entrance, so property was hard to find. We attempted to contact the office at 5:30pm and they did not call us until almost 10am the next day. We thankfully came by a Stonybrook maintenance truck that evening and the worker was very generous to drive us to the property directly. After that, the trip was marvelous. I recommend getting a step by step direction to the rental prior as 821 sunshine is not the correct location and lack of cell service makes it impossible to troubleshoot. Great trip though! Will book here again!

Beautiful area. Secluded cabin on the mountain with gorgeous views. The hosts were amazing with responses and proactive in responding in adequate timing. The location was only 15-20 minutes away from downtown Gatlinburg. There were local gas stations and stores that were only a short drive away from the area.
I will say the list of amenities should be updated. There was a working washer & dryer, provided blow dryer, lots of dishes as well as pots and pans, and complimentary soaps/dishwasher pods/laundry detergent. If you’re unfamiliar with the area, it’s very confusing to find the driveway initially. The numbers for the address on the mailbox post are broken so it’s hard to see as you’re coming up or down the roadway. The location per the google map link takes you to a different driveway rather than the location of your driveway. Type in the address to the location prior to entering the lodging area as there is limited to no service when entering the area. Overall an amazing stay!
