Late at night on Tuesday, December 31, families will gather to experience one of the most exciting New Year’s Eve celebrations in the Smoky Mountains! When the clock turns to midnight, families can see the yearly ball drop and watch a fireworks show with music.

The Gatlinburg event is held at the intersection of Parkway and Historic Nature Trail, which is found at the base of the Gatlinburg Space Needle.
What else is there to do at the New Year’s Eve event in Gatlinburg?
While you’re counting down the hours and minutes until midnight, there is plenty of fun to be had! There will be music from the balcony of the Gatlinburg Convention Center and party favors provided by Mr. Tablecloth.
