Rocky Top Mountain Coaster is one of the great coasters you'll want to ride while you're in town! This mountain coaster is tucked away off the main road in Pigeon Forge, so you'll get to enjoy a ride through the woods in a more secluded area. This coaster is the longest one in East Tennessee, and it has four uplifts for even more fun! You can control the speed of your coaster using the levers on the sides. You'll want to ride this coaster during the day to enjoy the views, but you'll also want to ride it at night so you can experience the colorful lights!
2. The Coaster at Goats on the Roof
Goats on the Roof is a unique attraction where you can see goats that live on the roof of a store, but there's also a mountain coaster on the property! You'll ride the track in front of the store, then head up onto the top of a hill through the trees where you'll see views of Pigeon Forge and the Smoky Mountains. The track is about a mile long, and you can reach top speeds of 30 miles per hour on this ride. One of the exciting rides at this attraction is hill tubing, which is where you'll ride to the top of the hill and slide down on a synthetic material that is made to feel like packed snow. After you ride the hill, you'll be able to ride the laser gun coaster, which takes you high over the ground, and your goal is to hit the targets with a laser gun to gain points along your ride.Another fun activity that's thrilling is the Mountain Monster at the Mountain Mile. There are three thrill rides you can experience. The Monster Fall is a 200-foot-drop ride that takes you up to the top of the pole and drop you when you least expect it. The Monster Launch is a two person ride where you sit back to back and wait to be launched 170 feet into the air, and you can choose to flip at the top. The biggest ride is the Monster Dive. You'll take an elevator to the top of the tower then switch into the dive cart. The platform moves once you're safely inside the seat, and the seat tilts until you're facing the ground.
