The cabin was clean and a wonderful experience. It had everything we could have ever needed.

We loved the cabin and plan to be back next year. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The cabins name speaks for itself and we made great memories.

Loved the cabin! Perfect location, clean & modern. The only downfall was the dryer takes 3 full cycles to dry but didnt tell maintenance that yet. The only dust seen was under the beds. That is being nit-picky. It was a wonderful stay & we will most def be back again! Oh also was visited by a bear a few times.

Cabin was clean and perfect for us, family of four. Not an easy drive up the mountain. Four wheel drive recommended.

Cabin was very clean and just as described. The propane ran out Saturday morning so the fire place didn’t work (minor detail). Over all good experience.

It was An amazing experience and would definitely be coming back.

Overall very pleased with our stay. Very nice cabin and location. The only downside was the last night we went to use the hot tub and it never came up to temperature. Other than that we were very pleased.

House was nice, but my mother faces damage claims from her rental car agency due to the configuration of the driveway slope. My personal Subaru is 4x4 and higher axles and it dragged in back. From the number of gouges in the pavement, you have a problem here.

Cozy, clean and comfortable place to stay. A suggestion might be to include instructions for where to take garbage or recyclables when you are staying more than a few days.

We loved our stay as always. Our cabin was everything we hoped for.

I was pleased with most things about our trip. Although, the access pass you receive for staying is VERY misleading. We stayed two nights and assumed and were told verbally and within email oh and on the app that we would receive two free tickets to the attractions included....we only got one free ticket. The free tickets is why we decided to stay in a cabin longer. I was very upset!!! Wanted to complain or at least speak with someone about this and have yet to get anyone to answer the office phone.

Everything was perfect except for when we went to get into the hot tub Saturday night and it was only half full of water. It was too late to contact maintenance (9:30 pm). But I did send an email that night but never got any response the next day. Having a hot tub is one of the most important things to us when we come to Gatlinburg, which is about 4-5 times a year. So to not have this amenity available, especially on Valentines weekend, was a huge disappointment.

Very clean and comfortable, we enjoyed our stay greatly and will return in the future.

I was very pleased with Stony Brook - I called several times with questions, and I never felt rushed. Our cabin was extremely clean, and when we realized the pilot light wasn't on for our fireplace, it was fixed the morning we called!

Our family had a great time. The cabin was fantastic. Such a beautiful place in a beautiful area. The pictures and description on the website were spot on, in fact it was nicer than I expected. The staff at the office was very friendly and helpful. My kids want me to bring them back asap!

Very much enjoyed the cabin and activities provided. The cabin was very comfortable and clean and instructions were very clear and appreciated. The only (small) negative would be that the cabin could have used a dish sponge/dishwasher detergent to take care of dishes and a DVD player for entertainment (cable options were limited).
