Our group of 16 had a wonderful time at the Simply the Best cabin. We had 8 adults and 8 kids, and there were no complaints from anyone. Everything was extremely clean and organized, and when we had trouble with the movie room, they had someone come out to fix it. The arcade, movie theater, swim spa, and hot tub were all favorites of the kids. None of us wanted to leave this little slice of paradise. We hope to be back next year!

Great for a group!

I took a church youth group of 15 or so people. It was far more space than I needed, but a wonderful place. The house had everything we could want. The students loved the game room and hot tub. Everything was clean and well furnished. We cooked all of our own meals and had everything we needed, including grilling. And the views were amazing. You can see Clingman's Dome, Mount LeConte, and even downtown Pigeon Forge from the porch. Outstanding property, would definitely stay again.

Our cabin, Simply the Best was exactly that...Simply the BEST! We had 10 adults stay but could easily have accommodated more. Multiple spacious bedrooms with multiple beds/pull-out beds. We were there for a wedding so we had to leave the cabin but we could have easily stayed the entire time with plenty to do on site. The game room has multiple arcade games including Skee-ball. There is also a pool table and a theater room with karaoke. Spacious open floor plan allowed us all to gather for meals and conversation with seating for all. We hosted the rehearsal dinner with ample room for seating as well. They have double sets of all kitchen appliances, utensil, etc. Plenty of bath towels but there are two washers/dryers so you could do laundry if needed. Stony Brook staff checked in via phone calls to make sure we had all we needed. I would rate this a 10/10!

What a beautiful place. The views were amazing, the house was beautiful inside and very cozy. The game room was awesome, and the theater room was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be coming here to stay again on our next trip to the Smoky Mountains.

Our overall experience with Stony Brook Cabins was absolutely the best, from booking, checking in and answering any questions that we had. Just as it was described, "Simply the best" was phenomenal! I would 110% recommend booking with Stony Brook Cabin Rentals! I am very much a check out the reviews person before booking anything and the positive reviews and high ratings for this company definitely lived up to their name. This was, by far, the best experience I’ve had using a rental company. The customer service was fantastic. Ronda helped me book the cabin Simply the Best which was absolutely amazing. Quite the climb to get to cabin, but absolutely worth the views and the experience of the cabin itself. Bravo to all the details put into Simply the Best. After arriving, Dana called to check in on us and make sure all was well. Thank you! Looking forward to my next trip to the Smokies and using Stony Brook rentals again!

Our place was extraordinary! It was clean and spacious. All the woodwork was beautiful! I took my adult children and 7 grandchildren. We all enjoyed the game room. Skeeball was my favorite game. The pool spa was an extra pleasure! The views were indescribable. We spent many hours enjoying them! My mother can’t see very well and the huge theatre screen was a godsend for her, of course we all loved it as well! The outdoor fireplace was pretty but we would have enjoyed making a real fire so we could roast marshmallows and hot dogs. Overall, we made the best memories in Simply the Best!

Our stay was amazing!!!! The house has everything you need for fun and fellowship, and privacy!! Movie Theater/Karaoke room was the highlight for me! You can spend hours in the game room! The hot tub and fireplace outside put the icing on the cake!!! Great stay and we can’t wait to come back!

Best week!

Our family had the best time in the Simply The Best house! Amazing house with beautiful views! The kids all loved the game room and the double bunk beds! And the adults all loved having their own space with their own bathrooms! The kitchen/living space is so beautiful with its mixed textures and wood stains. The outdoor space is perfect! Has a small yard with a fence around it so the kids could hang out outside without falling off the mountain. The house had a beautiful Christmas tree displayed as well as a few Christmas decorations throughout the house. 10/10 would definitely stay there again!

Best Thanksgiving Ever

Spent Thanksgiving with my family. We ate, talked, laughed and just relaxed. Our favorite ritual was going onto the deck in the morning with coffee and enjoying the sunrise over the Smokeys. The house was perfect and had everything we needed. I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful House with amazing views

Very spacious with lots of beds. We were a large group of 4 families. We ran into a couple maintenance issues but the agency was super quick even on a holiday weekend to send someone out to fix things. For as big as the kitchen is the set up is a little awkward. No more than 4 people can be near cabinets sink and fridge at same time. One cabinet is unusable because of the fridge placement. Not the rental companies fault just a little weird on the build. The teens loved the game room. When we weren’t hiking they were playing games and hanging out The views were spectacular and we watched 4th of July fireworks from three places all from the comfort of the deck. Would rent this house again.

How glorious a greeting the sun gives the mountains!

This property is absolutely stunning! Prepare to be amazed as you near the summit and approach this magnificent home! The architecture, decor and picture perfect landscape have been carefully thought out to exceed any expectation! Drinking coffee while listening to nature and watching the sunrise are just an added bonus. We plan to go back this fall. Extraordinary experience.

Simply the Best was the most beautiful Cabin and we are going back next year!

My family and I stayed in the cabin the weekend before Christmas. The home was gorgeous, luxurious , and so comfortable. We cooked in the amazing kitchen every day and watched movies in the theater room at night. The two hot tubs were such a fun time to top off the evening. I cannot say enough about this home. My entire family loved it and we are working on scheduling our trip to go back next year and stay longer.

Top notch property with the very best views!

This property did not disappoint! The home is beautiful, comfortable, well thought out, and very well equipped for a large party. We cooked all of our meals in the home and this kitchen is a dream to work in. The bedrooms were spacious and we loved that each bedroom had it’s own bathroom. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the game room and theater, the adults loved the deck and outdoor fireplace. The best part though, is the view! This group has been traveling to this area for years and these are the best views we’ve ever seen. Absolutely gorgeous in every direction! I also want to say how impressed I was with the management team, Stony Brook Cabins. They were extremely helpful, very responsive, and made things super easy. If you’re looking for a fantastic getaway for all your family or friends, this truly is Simply the Best!!

Best property we've ever stayed in. Hands down. Everything was brand new and super clean. Staff at Stony B rook were super friendly and easy to work with. The game room was filled with games the kids loved and the swim spa was an absolute hit. Great view from all over the house. Sunrise out front. Sunset out back. What a treat to watch a movie together in the private theater room. This place exceeded our expectations. We will be back.

This was the most beautiful cabin we have ever stayed in. It's just fantastic in every way. So many details. So much to do. And oh my the views - WOW! We'll be back for sure. Kids loved the game room and the swim spa. We enjoyed the hot tub and just sitting and gazing at those Smoky Mountains. It is everything they said it would be and the customer service was stellar. We stayed at the Simply the Best cabin and it was amazing!! The views and the amenities are top notch and the entire family had a great time, from the young to the oldie but goodies. The kiddos stayed in the gameroom and the swim spa while the older family members took full advantage of the outside area and the awesome theater room. The rental company was spot on when we had questions and even called to check on us to make sure we had everything we need. I can not recommend this cabin or Stony Brook Cabins enough!

This was the best house and vacation our family has ever had! We recently stayed at this wonderful house and we didn’t want to leave! The location was perfect for us because we could do all of the fun activities in Pigeon Forge during the day, and relax on the decks in the evenings. The kitchen was gorgeous and we loved having our meals while looking out at Mt. Leconte. The amount of details the owners put into the house were quite special and made the house stand out when compared to other homes we have stayed at. The bedrooms were very comfortable, and everyone had their own personal space to relax, and their own bathroom. Our kids enjoyed the game room and the pool but their favorite part of the house was the movie theater. We loved all aspects of this house but my personal favorites were the absolutely stunning views of the Smoky mountains from every window, and the quiet and peaceful neighborhood where the house is located. Thank you Stonybrook for this amazing house. We will definitely be back!

Our overall experience with Stony Brook Cabins was absolutely the best, from booking, checking in and answering any questions that we had. Just as it was described, "Simply the best" was phenomenal! The views were amazing and the house was wonderful. We are thinking of another visit in the near future, all 12 of us! The accommodations were fantastic~

I would 110% recommend booking with Stony Brook Cabin Rentals! I am very much a check out the reviews person before booking anything and the positive reviews and high ratings for this company definitely lived up to their name. This was, by far, the best experience I’ve had using a rental company. The customer service was fantastic. Ronda helped me book the cabin Simply the Best which was absolutely amazing. Quite the climb to get to cabin, but absolutely worth the views and the experience of the cabin itself. Bravo to all the details put into Simply the Best. After arriving, Dana called to check in on us and make sure all was well. Thank you! Looking forward to my next trip to the Smokies and using Stony Brook rentals again!

Our place was extraordinary! It was clean and spacious. All the woodwork was beautiful! I took my adult children and 7 grandchildren. We all enjoyed the game room. Skeeball was my favorite game. The pool spa was an extra pleasure! The views were indescribable. We spent many hours enjoying them! My mother can’t see very well and the huge theatre screen was a godsend for her, of course we all loved it as well! The outdoor fireplace was pretty but we would have enjoyed making a real fire so we could roast marshmallows and hot dogs. Overall, we made the best memories in Simply the Best!

Our stay was amazing!!!! The house has everything you need for fun and fellowship, and privacy!! Movie Theater/Karaoke room was the highlight for me! You can spend hours in the game room! The hot tub and fireplace outside put the icing on the cake!!! Great stay and we can’t wait to come back!

Our family had the best time in the Simply The Best house! Amazing house with beautiful views! The kids all loved the game room and the double bunk beds! And the adults all loved having their own space with their own bathrooms! The kitchen/living space is so beautiful with its mixed textures and wood stains. The outdoor space is perfect! Has a small yard with a fence around it so the kids could hang out outside without falling off the mountain. The house had a beautiful Christmas tree displayed as well as a few Christmas decorations throughout the house. 10/10 would definitely stay there again!

Spent Thanksgiving with my family. We ate, talked, laughed and just relaxed. Our favorite ritual was going onto the deck in the morning with coffee and enjoying the sunrise over the Smokeys. The house was perfect and had everything we needed. I highly recommend this property.

This was an excellent home in a private neighborhood that was not too close or too far from the local attractions. The service by Stony Brook was awesome. We will rent again from Stony Brook. .

Very spacious with lots of beds. We were a large group of 4 families. We ran into a couple maintenance issues but the agency was super quick even on a holiday weekend to send someone out to fix things. For as big as the kitchen is the set up is a little awkward. No more than 4 people can be near cabinets sink and fridge at same time. One cabinet is unusable because of the fridge placement. Not the rental companies fault just a little weird on the build. The teens loved the game room. When we weren’t hiking they were playing games and hanging out The views were spectacular and we watched 4th of July fireworks from three places all from the comfort of the deck. Would rent this house again.

This property is absolutely stunning! Prepare to be amazed as you near the summit and approach this magnificent home! The architecture, decor and picture perfect landscape have been carefully thought out to exceed any expectation! Drinking coffee while listening to nature and watching the sunrise are just an added bonus. We plan to go back this fall. Extraordinary experience.

My family and I stayed in the cabin the weekend before Christmas. The home was gorgeous, luxurious , and so comfortable. We cooked in the amazing kitchen every day and watched movies in the theater room at night. The two hot tubs were such a fun time to top off the evening. I cannot say enough about this home. My entire family loved it and we are working on scheduling our trip to go back next year and stay longer.

This property did not disappoint! The home is beautiful, comfortable, well thought out, and very well equipped for a large party. We cooked all of our meals in the home and this kitchen is a dream to work in. The bedrooms were spacious and we loved that each bedroom had it’s own bathroom. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the game room and theater, the adults loved the deck and outdoor fireplace. The best part though, is the view! This group has been traveling to this area for years and these are the best views we’ve ever seen. Absolutely gorgeous in every direction! I also want to say how impressed I was with the management team, Stony Brook Cabins. They were extremely helpful, very responsive, and made things super easy. If you’re looking for a fantastic getaway for all your family or friends, this truly is Simply the Best!!

Best property we've ever stayed in. Hands down. Everything was brand new and super clean. Staff at Stony B rook were super friendly and easy to work with. The game room was filled with games the kids loved and the swim spa was an absolute hit. Great view from all over the house. Sunrise out front. Sunset out back. What a treat to watch a movie together in the private theater room. This place exceeded our expectations. We will be back.

This was the most beautiful cabin we have ever stayed in. It's just fantastic in every way. So many details. So much to do. And oh my the views - WOW! We'll be back for sure. Kids loved the game room and the swim spa. We enjoyed the hot tub and just sitting and gazing at those Smoky Mountains. It is everything they said it would be and the customer service was stellar. Thank you for one of the best vacations we've ever had in The Smoky Mountains. Can't wait to book next year.

We stayed at the Simply the Best cabin and it was amazing!! The views and the amenities are top notch and the entire family had a great time, from the young to the oldie but goodies. The kiddos stayed in the gameroom and the swim spa while the older family members took full advantage of the outside area and the awesome theater room. The rental company was spot on when we had questions and even called to check on us to make sure we had everything we need. I can not recommend this cabin or Stony Brook Cabins enough!

This was the best house and vacation our family has ever had! We recently stayed at this wonderful house and we didn’t want to leave! The location was perfect for us because we could do all of the fun activities in Pigeon Forge during the day, and relax on the decks in the evenings. The kitchen was gorgeous and we loved having our meals while looking out at Mt. Leconte. The amount of details the owners put into the house were quite special and made the house stand out when compared to other homes we have stayed at. The bedrooms were very comfortable, and everyone had their own personal space to relax, and their own bathroom. Our kids enjoyed the game room and the pool but their favorite part of the house was the movie theater. We loved all aspects of this house but my personal favorites were the absolutely stunning views of the Smoky mountains from every window, and the quiet and peaceful neighborhood where the house is located. Thank you Stonybrook for this amazing house. We will definitely be back!
