Rhond was very nice and checked in once we were there. The mattress for convertible couch to bed was awful...NEEDS replaced. everything else was fine, very quiet and serene. the drive to groceries and activities was 20 to 30 min but honestly didn't bother us...its gatlinburg folks. would love to go back
