The cabin was better than any we’d stayed at over the past 14 years and the management/service was exceptional. We will only stay at a Stony Brook cabin for now on.

I found the web page easy to use and when I followed up with a phone call to your office, I had the great fortune to speak with Ronda. She was most helpful with my final choice of properties. The cabin was excellent! After getting used to the winding Pinnacle Vista roads, we were even ok with trips in and out to 321. Our entire family looks forward to a return trip soon!

The cabin was awesome. Nice, clean and plenty of room. The views were great. The only issues, if you can call them that, were: 1. The hot tub was set to 101 for the temp. Adults would love this, but we had kids with us and needed it to be much cooler than that for them to enter. Not a huge ordeal at all and not something I would think that should be considered for change anytime soon, just our personal preference for younger kids. 2. The dryer barely worked the entire stay. However, on the last evening I really needed something dried before we departed the next morning. I looked around and found the exhaust hose was nearly crushed behind the dryer. I pulled the dryer away from the wall, straightened out the hose and that thing works perfect! Maybe a new, shorter hose would be called for to keep it running tops. We didn't come to a cabin in Gatlinburg to do laundry so our trip wasn't affected at all by this, just more of a helpful note for future guests. The staff at Stony Brook made this much more enjoyable by always being responsive and helpful in every single way possible. I only interacted with Ronda and Marsha, but these two ladies did a fantastic job! The people you have working for you at Stony Brook go a long way in representing the quality of company and services you provide. Keep these ladies around as long as you can! Oh... and they are SUPER patient with your clients. I had a ton of questions and they never once seemed irritated or frustrated, as I'm sure I had some real mundane questions to ask. Super nice ladies. I can't say enough good about them. Jeff Ball.
