Stony Brook always has clean and nice cabins to stay in and has the best people that works in the office and in house keeping and Maintenance. supper nice people Ronda and Leslie in (office) will find you a home away from home try them you want Regret it.

The cabin was perfect! Beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay! They even had a Bear gift for us to take home!

Easy to book! Great communication with the reservation confirmation! Very friendly staff and appreciated the checking with us upon arrival at our rental cabin to see everything was okay!!!

My husband & I stayed here for our honeymoon and we couldn't have picked a more perfect place to stay. The cabin was beautiful, clean and accommodating. It is the perfect location nestled in the Smokies but just a short, easy drive to downtown Gatlinburg.

The cabin and its view are truly AWESOME. It has great amenities. The delivery service (specifically grocery delivery service worked out on point--excellent customer service). It is super quiet and serene at the cabin. I plan on renting this cabin again in the future. No complaints.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in "Awesome Mountain View" cabin. Everything was in order, well maintained, an at a great price. What even made it better was the couple of calls we received from Denise, checking on us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We couldn't have asked for more. Thank you.

We loved the cabin, it’s VERY nice. Highly recommend it.

The cabin was cleaned & furnished well. The hot tub was clean as well. The kitchen was supplied with everything except food for preparation. The view of Mt. LeConte was wonderful & we were fortunate enough to've seen a mama bear & her 3 cubs our 2nd day there on July 1. I do wish the fireplace would've been operational, but I's told by the office that from April - around Oct. there's a rule forbidding that. Other than that it was an entirely fantastic stay @ a lovely cabin.

Awesome Mountain View was fantastic. We stayed 5 nights, 7-1-21 thru the 5th. The cabin was pristine and had every thing we needed. Customer service was amazing. We even saw a mamma bear and her 4 babies.

This was our third trip back to the Smokies and each time we have stayed at Awesome Mountain View. The cabin is warm, friendly and homey feeling. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else! We both sleep great and there’s nothing better than waking up and seeing Mt LaConte from your bed. I already want to go back!

The only and I mean the only small complaint we may have is you need to have a couple of “sharp” knives in the drawer. Other than that it was fantastic!

We absolutely *loved* the Awesome Mountain View cabin and it was the perfect place for our elopement and honeymoon! Stonybrook staff was great with my many questions and arrangements that needed to be made. We appreciated how the cabin had everything we needed to feel like a special home away from home along with mountains and forest views. We never got to see a live bear, but we loved the wonderful bear decorations all throughout the cabin and the turkeys that came to visit!

It was the most unforgettable get away for me and my wife. Lots of great memories was made and definitely plan on going back real soon.

We have a very nice and pleasent experience with Stony Brook Cabins! It was our anniversary trip and they had a special card with a bear gift for us when we got there. The Cabin was very clean and the communication from the office leading up to our trip was very good. We will defenitly be renting from Stony Brook again!

Stoney Brook Cabins Management is fabulous from beginning to end. They will contact you before and during your stay to make sure everything is okay. You can't ask for better communication.

The cabin was GORGEOUS. So clean, adorably decorated, and stocked with everything we needed. Such a beautiful view, too. And the customer service was great! We never needed them, but they were so nice and made themselves available if we did. Overall a fantastic 3-night stay.

Great stay! Staff was helpful and waited on us to arrive a little bit late. They also checked in with us to make sure all was good. We were also able to extend an extra day over the phone which was outstanding. The cabin was outstanding and we will most definitely be back.

Great.Everything from check in to check out was great. We had no problems whatsoever.

Website was easy to navigate and easy to make reservations. All future notifications were provided with details needed to confirm reservations. We used the express check in and were notified when our cabin was ready. Also Stony Brook contacted us the next day to answer any questions or concerns we may have had. Information was provided in cabin and hospitality app for Phone numbers etc should we need to get in touch. We did not but it was wonderful to know they were readily available.

The cabin was prepared very well for us. The one issue we had was handled within three same day. Very enjoyable experience overall

We were able to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary with Stoney Brook and it was not a disappointment. We were very happy with our stay at Awesome Mountain view. The cabin was beautiful and loved the bear decorations. We went out and about Tuesday, but Wednesday we woke up with snow falling and stayed in the cabin all day. Which was wonderful. We really hated to leave our cabin.

Cabin looked better than the pictures. Check-in was fast and easy and Pam was very helpful with dining ideas, etc. Everyone was very helpful with the registration process as well. I'm very picky and the cabin was really pretty clean - only a few things that I spotted that most people might not notice.

The cabin was exactly as advertised. Every detail was covered. The candles for the tub were appreciated, unfortunately we did not bring a lighter or matches to light them.

You ladies are AWESOME!! The one thing that needs to be addressed is the ceiling fan that is upstairs. It sounds like a rock quarry when turned on, but other than that, perfect!!!

I liked the phone app and the email both, for communication. Thanks for sending out all the details. Express check-in made it easier and convenient. We loved the cabin and owner's attention to detail! A couple little things would be 2 kitchen bulbs wouldn't stay lit but weren't burnt out, stair lights didn't work, upstairs bathroom night light had broken on/off switch. Kitchen might have needed a skillet. We enjoyed using the grill! The cabin was wonderful, with the amazing view and nice energy. We really enjoyed our stay, and would love to stay in this cabin again in the future!

The facility was well furnished, the reservations were efficiently handled. However, the price we were charged was significantly different from that advertised on your web site. Whether this is an oversight or a matter of "bait and switch" I don't know and don't intend to pursue. But as a matter of business integrity, your prices charged and prices advertised should be the same! In matters of housekeeping, the cabin was generally clean, but both washbasins retainedd a light covering of soap film from previous use. Wiping these out with a cloth does not suffice; they need to be scrubbed with a cleanser that will remove soap residue. Also, front and back decks need to be swept thoroughly; carpenter bees are active and their "sawdust" (for lack of a better term) becomes messy when wet.

From the moment of reservation confirmation until the end of our stay we were more than pleased with the service Stony Brook Cabins provided. The reservation process, check-in process, and cabin all exceeded expectations. We will definitely use Stony Brook again in the future and are ready to plan our next stay now.
