Among The Clouds was well maintained and had beautiful views. This is the second time we’ve used Stony Brook Cabin Rentals and we have been wowed both times.

From booking the cabin to leaving everything was as promised. I believe our family has found a place that’s perfect for us to get together.

I loved the cabins. We stayed in among the clouds and Pinnacle Vista view. Both cabins are excellent and fantastic views. I would definitely recommend using Stony Brook for your stay. They are the most friendly & helpful staff. There are no worries staying with them. You will not be disappointed.

The views are amazing and the cabin was spacious. Great for kids and multiple families. We even saw a Mama bear with her 3 cubs at the cabin. We were celebrating our parents 50th birthday and stony brook connected us with a vendor who decorated and made our arrival experience awesome! We had a great time and would recommend!

Our prayer group of 9 had a wonderful time at Among the Clouds. We enjoyed the gorgeous view of God’s creation of the mountains. The chalet is well equipped for a relaxing visit.

We had a great time at the Among the Clouds cabin. The views were amazing and everything in the cabin was nice. We saw bears multiple times while at the cabin so everyone enjoyed that. We had a couple of little issues with the fireplace and a smoke alarm going off but Stony Brook came right out and fixed it for us I would definitely recommend renting a cabin with Stony Brook.

Amazing cabin! The place was immaculate, views spectacular, and definitely active with wildlife. The Stony Brook staff was courteous, helpful, and very considerate. Arrived to a card and gift for our anniversary. Look forward to our next stay, as this was the absolute best!

The cabin and the view were fantastic. Would like to see the cleaning of the unit improved. It seemed like a lot of things were missed when we arrived.

Stony Brook staff was very attentive to us in making sure the cabin met our needs. There were a couple of very minor issues and although not an inconvenience to us, they addressed them and responded immeditely. Among the Clouds is a very well-appointed and clean cabin. We enjoyed our time there!

The cabin was terrific, the view was the best we’ve had in the Smokies, and the amenities / cleanup were luxurious! We will be back.

View was beautiful, beds were very comfortable, nice location, very quiet. We sat by the fire pit every night after our day out hiking in the spectacular Smokies.

The cabin was perfection! The pictures online do not nearly do it justice. It was stunning! The area was somewhat secluded, which we loved. We will definitely be returning. It quickly became our favorite cabin ever!

Clean, beautiful, homey, well equipped, great vicinity, roomy, Just so much fun!

Everything was great. Fantastic cabin. A few very minor issues: 1. The kitchen needs a dustpan. 2. We could not locate the DirecTV remote for the media room. 3. No matter what we tried, we could not get the Denon sound system in the media room to work.

Among the Clouds is a very beautiful cabin. We had everything we needed for our stay. The only recommendations I have is that the should be lighting at the entrance of the property and the toilets in the bathrooms should be sectioned off with a door. That way the bathroom could be used by more than one person at a time. Example: It wouldn't be a problem if my husband needed to use the bathroom while I was in the mirror curling my hair (if there was a door seperating the toilet from the rest of the bathroom).

Beautiful chalet, superb view. This was my third visit to Among the Clouds. It just keeps getting better. God provided some wonderful weather to view His glorious mountains.

Among the Clouds is a beautiful family friendly cabin. It was immaculate, fully equipped to meet all needs, and was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Guest services were phenomenal and conducted in a timely manner, with follow up contact provided. Each question was addressed in a friendly, professional, and personal way.

EXcellent experience - checkin was easy and the staff very kind (both leading up to the stay on the phone and in person when we arrived.). Home was beautiful - everything in tip-top shape, furnishings and decorations were first class. Stunning views - overall would highly recommend this property.

Check-in was easy. When we had a minor maintenance issue someone was sent out right away. The cabin was amazing, more than we expected and made the perfect home for the week.

Place was very clean. It was beautiful and peaceful. Everything we needed like soap, paper towels, kleenx, toliet paper and detergent were provided even though are letter send to bring them. It was very relaxing.

We had a wonderful time at this upscale, well appointed cabin. It was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated too. Among the Clouds has great views of the mountains, we enjoyed watching the view change as the mist rolled through the mountains. The kids really enjoyed the arcade games and we all liked the 3D TV in the lower level. It was close enough to all the activities in Gatlinburg to be convenient, yet far enough away to be peaceful. My husband loved it and wants to return next year!

Everyone was great! Our family appreciated Rhoda and Lonnie so much! Speaking of Lonnie, he was awesome! We had a couple small issues with the water (bad points on the pressure switch) and he was right there and always had a great attitude. We will definitely use Stoney Brook again if we are in the area and will recommend to all our friends and family! Thank you!

The cabin was wonderful. This was the second time we stayed at one of your cabins, and will again for our next visit.

Staff was very courteous, prompt and efficient in handling maintenance problem.

I know my fiancée and I were making special arrangements for each other for Valentines. The roses and rose petals were done perfectly and the chocolate covered strawberries were excellent. Cabin was immaculate and even more than we could have wished for

Dear Stony Brook, we rate our week at Among rhe Clouds an A+++! This beautiful cabin exceeded our expectations!!! It is impeccably maintained, and what an awesome view!!! We live in Kansas City so we really cherished the spectacular views! Needless to say, we all were very sad to leave this slice of Heaven!!! Hard to pick our favorite room in the cabin, but we all agreed that the firepit overlooking the valley ranked very high on our list! The Stony Creek family waa kind, helpful, abd gracious! My husband and I stayed at Among The Clouds cabin. It was Exquisite and the view was awesome. We loved the area, very private. Our stay was in Among the Clouds cabin which is a superb cabin. I almost hate to call it a cabin since it is so large and spacious. Our family loved it. The homeowner did not spare when it came to the building of it and furnishing. Felt like we were at a home that is taken care of and loved. Only problem we had was a coffee cup handle broke after being placed in the microwave which burned my husbands finger . He was ok after applying some burn gel and gauge. Husband only used 1:39 seconds on the microwave timer so that shouldn't have happened. There is one cup remaining like this cup in cabinet. I would remove it immediately. I think it is the paint used on the handle cause the water wasn't that hot. It was the heat from the handle that caused the burn as he removed the cup from microwave. Other than that we couldn't have chose a better cabin to stay in. Absolutely beautiful!!!!!!

Everything was top notch beginning with my making the reservation. Ronda was extremely helpful with the booking and all my questions. The cabin was fantastic! We thoroughly enjoyed all being able to have our own space as well as being together for fun family times. My grandsons really loved the pool table and game room. All was great!

The cabin is amazing. I feel there are 2 things that could be improved on. They are the mattresses could be more plush and the main floor bedroom was hot and stuffy the entire visit. Other than that it was an unbelievable cabin. Probably the best cabin we have ever stayed in. We will be back.
