The staff is absolutely amazing. This whole experience has been amazing. This is our second Stony Brooks stay and we will now be staying with them every trip! Everything was clean we had everything we needed and they were so accommodating. They even called us to make sure we didn’t need anything and I thought that was so kind. Everything was amazing!!! They even got us a card and ceramic bears for our anniversary.

Stony Brook is the only cabin rental company we have use and the only one we will continue to use. Our cabin was perfect. The view was amazing.

The cabin was great and the view was incredible! We loved the hot tub and the heart shape tub. When we needed any new linen is was taken care of promptly. The king sized bed was nice and comfy. We slept like babies. Thanks again!!!!!

Loved the secluded cabin, Cozy Bear. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. Comfortable king bed. Beautiful view from the deck. Hot tub was really nice after a day full of activities. Manager was extremely organized and professional.

Great cabin with awesome view. The place needs a couple blankets to wrap up in while sitting on the porch early in the morning.

The team here is absolutely amazing. We were on our honeymoon and after a wild wedding weekend, this was a MUCH deserved experience. Not super far from everything, but far enough to be at peace. Definitely worth the money and we will be returning!

Our cabin was very nice but more remote than I thought it would be! We enjoyed the beautiful view and hot tub! The driveway was very steep and challenging! Thank you for the cute bear and card given to Tom for his birthday! Very sweet!

Cozy Bear Cabin was the perfect get away for our honeymoon! The views from the cabin porch were absolutely breath taking, we even enjoyed the the small country road that the cabin was located on. The cabin itself was clean and well stocked with towels and kitchen utensils.

We were very pleased with our experience. The cabin was very cute, had all the amenities we needed for day to day life, and the hot tub was clean with no issues. We were very happy to find that the mountain view was exactly what we were looking for and it was just as secluded as we hoped. The fireplace and jetted heart tub were amenities we did not search for but were a nice touch. The bed was also super comfy and it was great to have a king.

I have stayed at many cabins from many different companies and Stony Brook Cabins has been the best. No complaints. Everything was wonderful and we had a great weekend. It was my husband's birthday and when we got to the cabin there was a present and card left by the staff. How sweet!!! We will return next year and we will be staying with Stony Brook.

We had a great time during our stay at the Cozy Bear! So much to do in the surrounding areas. The view was BEAUTIFUL! We LOVED rocking on the deck in the mornings listening to the creek nearby. Be sure to be back in time to see the view at sundown too, its AMAZING! After a long day of hiking and sightseeing it was so nice to come home for a late night, "hot tub time" to relax. The sky was filled with stars and made for a beautiful quiet night outside on the deck. This was our first vacation ever bringing our dog along. So grateful he was welcomed to the cabin and he also enjoyed a great time and made himself at home.

Cabin was adequate and decorated well. Furniture was comfortable. Hot tub was clean and comfortable.

Very relaxing stay in our cozy cabin. Coming back from a "hard" day of sightseeing and shopping knowing the hot tub would be waiting to soothe tired feet and muscles. We liked watching the clouds covering and uncovering the mountains in view from our rocking chairs on the deck.

It was a dream come true. The cabin was beautiful. Location great.

Our cabin met above all our expectations, very clean with all the amenities. A open atmosphere feeling with a beautiful view of the mountains and privacy. Would highly recommended these cabins plus pet friendly for any type of getaway. We will definitely return and hopefully with the same cabin. Check in was very professional and the office easy to find.

The cabin was clean and had great hot tub. We did not cook at the cabin or eat there. Just used hot tub and slept.

This is our 2nd time staying with Stony Brook lodging. The first time we stayed in Serenity Studio and loved it! This time we wanted something a tad bigger but still secluded so we transferred our stay to the Cozy Bear Hideaway and it was well worth the extra money! Love the location, although it is a little farther out I love the seclusion and the Mountain View. It was clean and inviting. We felt right at home with the closet and dresser. Has everything you need to cook and eat in. The staff is always nice and helpful when calling in to talk to them about reservations. They are also very knowledgeable about location. We try to make it to Gatlinburg 2ce a year and from now on we will only be staying with you guys. It’s always a pleasure!!

Great little cabin, and the office staff and owner were very friendly and eager to make our stay perfect. Great place to get away (the DirecTV satellite wifi is unreliable, and most cell phones don't work at all).

Great experience with the staff and loved the ease of checking in. Loved the cabin (very Cozy). Spectacular view! Disappointed that there's no TV in the bedroom. Some of the electrical outlets didn't work properly (my blow dryer and phone chargers wouldn't stay plugged in, kept falling out of outlets). Cold air coming through edges of front door. Loved that the cabin is secluded but didn't like the long drives to our outings. HOWEVER, I would definitely consider renting this cabin again if planning another trip to the area!!! Already recommended ya'll to another family member!

Cabin was nice and clean only thing the drains had an unpleasant odor as if they had massive build up and the bathroom sink drained slow. Check should be pushed back an hour. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Our stay was great. We really enjoyed our time. The mobile app notifications were a bit confusing but all was ironed out when speaking with the office.

The cabin was clean, and was well appointed and stocked better than I expected. The check-in and out process was also very easy. The only complaint would be not knowing that the water was sulfur water before hand. It didn't bother me (I grew up on well water) but my wife and child would touch it. Showers and baths were fine once I convinced them it was just smell and nothing more but other people might not have been as accepting. Might want to mention it on the cabin description.

We were very happy with the cabin. We have decided that we will stay closer into town in the future. This is the first time we stayed so far out and it was inconvenient for us. We all enjoy and appreciate your hospitality.

Overall, it was a very nice experience with you. Unfortunately, I think we just came with some bad luck with the cabin. First, there was a snake that enjoyed startling us, then the well pump broke, which left us without normal water. I drank some very salty water before going to bed and it made me very ill. Then, in the middle of the night, from using the vent fan in the bathroom a lot, the fan cover fell and scared us awake. We also had a tough time with getting the dishwasher to close properly. Other than that, we loved the cabin!

Easy check in and beautiful, clean cabin with an awesome view! We will be back!

Great customer service and availability. Water needs to be fixed in Cozy Bear so it doesn't turn off while taking shower, but otherwise great cabin.

Cabin was clean, beautiful, and exactly what a mountain getaway should be.

Everything about the cabin was wonderful with one exception. The jets on the whirlpool tub in the bedroom were not clean. Black particles and brown sediment came out when the jets were turned on. It made the water dirty.

Everything what's almost perfect except for a few minor things. Other than that I have no complaints. Me and the wife have a very comfy experience.
