Stony Brook took very good care of us, from before we checked in, to when we left! Amazing customer service all around from the friendly staff! The cabins are just as amazing, you won't regret staying with Stony Brook!

Stargazer has a magnificent view of mountains with a wonderful deck full of comfortable seating and table and chairs for eating. A clean cabin with plenty of space for a large family.

Our cabin was well maintained and very clean. Stony Brook did an amazing job at checking in with us and making sure our stay was pleasant and that we had everything we needed.

It was fine. Everything was as we expected. The beds were comfortable

The Stargazer cabin is AMAZING! Cozy and inviting, beautifully decorated and well-equipped. The sunrises and sunsets from the deck are gorgeous. The staff at Stony Brook is the best I've ever worked with. Very friendly, accommodating and calling to check on us and be sure that everything was good for us is considered over and above in customer service.

Stargazer was an amazing cabin! We met with family to celebrate 30th and 60th birthdays. Birthday gifts and cards were in the cabin upon arrival. What an awesome touch! Cabin was immaculate and everything we needed was there. Close to Gatlinburg and the national park but you feel a million miles from all of the traffic and people at the cabin. The view is breathtaking! Already planning another trip! Thank you!

You went above and beyond to make sure that we enjoyed this vacation. There was an issue that was beyond anyone's control and you were able to "put a band-aid" on it for the week without disrupting our stay. This was our 2nd time staying with you and I will definitely not be the last!

The cabin was very nice and the view was amazing! It was a long weekend to celebrate my birthday. All I kept saying is “I want to see a bear!” And a momma bear and three cubs walked up the mountain and through our parking area on the last day! What an amazing sight!

Our stay was very good. The views from the deck were amazing. The Stony Brook staff (especially Denise) were very accommodating and easy to work with. We needed some chairs to sit on the deck that were not broken and they delivered the rocking chairs right away.

Cabin was clean. Checkin was easy. We enjoyed our stay.

Location, location, location! This place is perfectly situated. So very close to Gatlinburg and Smoky National Park. The view was ahhh....mazing!!! Loved being in the mountains from the hot tub...very cool.

We loved our stay in the stargazer cabin. Beautiful views of the Smoky Mountains. Really appreciated the birthday card and porcelain bear. I would highly recommend staying with Stony Brook. They were great at addressing any of our questions or concerns. They were prompt in returning phone calls and replying to emails.

Fantastic View. Bedding and Furniture comfortable. saw a bear looking over the great deck first evening. pleased that photos and descripti matched perfectly. My goal to take my sister on a beautiful vacation happened with the Stargazer. She is dealing with cancer. We used the hot tub on the last day. Not all the Jets were blowing, but we thought that it was set that way economically. Meant to call the office to make sure it was working properly, but did not remember until now. Did not use the game room, but really nice. The entire cabin decorated to feel very home like. In fact 'cabin' doesn't seem right, an upscale condo is more fitting. One suggestion I do have, is to patch the potholes in the paving just before the parking area. My car scraped under the front bumper is it was difficult to avoid them.

Beautiftul cabin that was clean and met all of our needs ! There are multiple shingles on the roof that are missing and some areas on the ceiling that are showing leaks. The TV in the front room was not working well. That room should have the best TV in the house

Our family had a great time at the Stargazer. The views from the back balcony were amazing!!

Very nice view. Clean and well stocked with all the things we needed. Especially liked the hot tub and electric grill on the back deck.

We felt the accommodations at Stargazer were very clean and comfortable for our family! We felt very much at home when we were there. We especially loved the view on the patio and the hot tub!

Great service, great staff, beautiful cabin! We have been coming to Gatlinburg for over 30 years with different rental companies.The staff was very attentive to our needs, and I liked the fact that they called to check up on us to address any concerns. The only thing we needed was a flashlight,because we lost power one night. Luckily, I kept one in the vehicle, but it would have been nice to have one handy in the cabin. The views from our cabin were some of the best we have ever had. Will definitely be renting again from Stony Brook.

I love it there! This was my 3rd time staying in this specific cabin (stargazer) and the view is fantastic. Waking up to the mountains everyday is wonderful. The location is PERFECT. And I will keep doing it for years to come!

Cabin was amazing. Very clean, all the supplies/necessities we expected were there, the views were outstanding and directions to the cabin were accurate :) We just wish we had more time.

Cabin was beautiful!! Staff is so welcoming when you arrive it just starts your trip off on the right foot! I wouldn't stay with another company!!

We loved the deck with panoramic views with hot tub in the perfect corner, the basement pool table, air hockey (kids loved it) and two pull out sofa beds with a home theater feel. Kitchen, bedroom and loft rooms were well equipped. The access to the unit was challenging for us since we are not used to driving in severe slopes. It definitely requires getting used to. Luckily,there wasn't any snow which would have made it even harder to drive. Wish there was a warning (notice) about the road situation. We got there late after the sunset and no street lights made the final stretch with the severe upslope quite nerve wrecking. Though, I must say the views were worth the effort. I would happily come here again but probably not in winter due to above concerns.

Nice cabin - especially inside. Toilet problem upstairs. Firewood green and would not burn. 4 TV's (including the channel line-up) is great as is downstairs game room with both air hockey and pool table. Did not use downstairs beds because no bathroom - should be added in laundry room. Thank you for allowing pets. Hot tub was nice and enjoyed. Very clean! Thank you for a very nice stay. Very sorry for all the damage caused by the massive fire including the apparent lose of wildlife - only thing we saw was one small flock of turkeys (very few birds and no squirrels or anything else).

This was our favorite cabin. Perfect location and our son didn't want to leave the gameroom. We even saw a bear on our last day which made our stay complete. We will be booking the same cabin next year. Love how Stoneybrook has 5 cabins on the same street. We are convincing other family members to book on the same street with us next year...

The experience was very smooth and hassle free. The house was in good order (maybe showing it's age a little bit) and served our needs. We'll try to come back again next year.

Stony Brook is always our first choice and we have never been disappointed.

We had a great time! The view was wonderful. It was our first time in the Smokies but won't be our last. It would be nice to have had more info on the trails. The mountains are so beautiful we will be back.

Our favorite chalet! Love the view! Only suggestion was the water pressure needs adjusting in both bath sinks.

Trip was great. Handled very well on your end. You made it as simple as possible for us to have a good time. The cabin was very clean and well kept.The views were breathtaking. All in all a good experience.

We were very impressed with our Stony Brook experience. Rhonda was fantastic. So thoughtful. The cleaning crew was also fabulous when we were approximately 10 minutes late leaving our cabin. We loved the view and location of our cabin as well. We will definitely look to rent with Stony Brook on future visits, though would love to find a less dated, more "rustic" cabin in the future. This one was terrific and met our needs on this trip though. I would just suggest updating the decor, fixing the broken screens and putting some type of memory foam or similar over the hard mattresses to inexpensively get more out of this cabin. The location is just perfect, but we would not rent it again - though we would rent from SB.

The house was clean and fully stocked with dishes and even grill utensils. The hot tub was amazing! Everything was as promised and went beyond our expectations! The view of the mountains was beautiful. Only suggestion would be to change the charcoal grill grid. It was very old and starting to rust.

Okay. We enjoyed the cabin. The rec center was a huge let down. The equipment was broken and the pool isn't ideal for free swimming.

Lovely cabins, note our family had three. Having Christmas trees and the cabins decorated was especially nice for our family reunion and Christmas gatherings. The maintenance staff was prompt on the few items needed.

Great place! Gorgeous view and house clean and very cozy and comfortable .. Only suggestion is to upgrade to nicer (and more ) pillows... They were too flat...too thin & uncomfortable . Also could not get any of the tv's to switch over to play DVDs?? But everything else was very nice!! Great location :)

Communication with the Rental Office was very friendly and helpful. Laura was especially helpful to us. We enjoyed our stay in the Stargazer cabin home. It was comfortable and we were not in need of anything. Comfortable beds and amazing mountain views. Wonderful trip! We will most likely use Stony Brook again! Thanks:)

Wonderful view! Stargazer was very nice and clean inside. Loved the hot tub. Would of like the outdoor furniture to be a little more comfortable, possibly and umbrella, and side tables and a gas grill. Overall experience was excellent!
